My car was repaired under approved services by DSI, the administrator under the extended warranty for Heritage Administration Services. Heritage refused to pay the repair center with a credit card, the usual practice. I was required to pay for the repairs, $3235.97, on 06/11/2009 in cash. I called DSI on 06/30/2009 to check on status and they denied receiving the final bill which had been faxed. I requested the repair center refax the bill which the center did. I confirmed 07/01/2009 with DSI that the bill was forwarded to to Heritage for payment directly to me the consumer. As of 08/08/2009 no payment has been received from Heritage. read full review »

This Cooper tire dealer has lied to me ignored me and tried to sell me defective tires and are unable to supply even the tires and rims they display. This is the Worst most dishonest and inept overpriced Cooper tire dealer I have ever encountered. I applied to Nova Car Hire to rent a car for 9 days in Ireland weeks before I was to depart and was given a quote but decided not to accept it. I received a late offer from Nova Car Hire on Friday 24th July which I accepted and phoned Monday 27th to check that everything was in place the day before my departure to Shannon the following day. We purchased this bike last year brand new. It has had this noise at lower speeds and a death wobble at higher speeds and our complaints to our dealer fall on deaf ears. The last service visit my husband was told that he needed a new rear tire, highly doubtful at less then 6000 miles. This bike is babied, we waited a long time to be able to afford it and now we are disgusted with the service that we are receiving. I have two questions, 1. I purchased a 1994 Saturn SC2 from Napa Valley Automotive Consultants in July of 2007. Immediately upon getting the vehicle home, it became apparent there were issues mechanically and physically with the car. Do not go to this shop for any engine work.I had a 95 honda civic and i did a motor swap 1.6ex engine for 1.8ls motor. This guy that runs the shop name carlos installed the 1.8 LS integra motor in my civic and it only lasted for about 2 months and THE MOTOR THREW A ROD.The mechanics at TNG CUSTOMS said that carlos brother had that same motor motor and he had problems with it overheating. My first issue, is with the company that sold me the policy - John P. Russell Insurance, in Stoughton, MA. Every time I call the office to discuss my policy the man is on vacation. I am not exaggerating. The past two months I've called and he's been on one full week or two week vacations. And I get transferred to one of the women in the office, who speaking frankly, do not know what the hell they are talking about. I had paid an advance of 40000 wide receipt no : REC 09001653 on 5th June 2009. The Swift VDI was booked on 5th June 2009 and the car was supposed to be delivered by Sagar Automobiles on Aug 5th 2009. But as of date 7th August 2009 they have no clue about the car and now saying that there is a problem between Maruti and MRF and that is why the car is delayed. I then had no choice but agreed for the car to be delivered on September begining. The car has not been blocked and the bank has already started taking installment for the car that has not even been blocked. Is there a way to take it up with the Maruti Management? I bought a 95 4Runner from here. The engine blew after only 4 days. Had a full and clear vehicle inspection report which I believe was inaccurate to get it off the lot. They told me I had to pay for the repairs upfront after giving them all my cash for a down. I requested that they put the repair cost into my financing, replace the vehicle, or refund me. They aren't willing to do any of these. Now I'm out of a vehicle and out of a down payment unless I pay upfront for a new engine that they never should have sold. During my purchase at 8:00 PM when the dealership was trying to close my salesman put on an extremely hard sell for the Ford Premium Care Extended Service Plan. Having just gotten rid of a car due to water leaks I asked specifically if it covered leaks. The Salesman assured me it did. He stated it was the same as the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty with the exception of a $100 deductible. I was recommended by a friend to take driving lessons from a Mr. Stanley Li, of New Concept Driving School. My first lesson with Mr. Li was on May 24th, 2009. My second lesson was May 30th, 2009 at which time I gave Mr. Li $350 for 10 hours of driving lessons. After our 2nd lesson, which was a total of 3.5 hours, Mr. Li disappeared and has since not answered my calls. I purchased my Chrysler 300 in 2005. In November, 2007 I had to have it towed and repaired. The problem was the gear shift sticking. Now, in July, 2009 I am having to have the same problem fixed. I feel that someting is wrong, if I am having this problem fixed every other year. I know that I do not have an extended warranty, but that should not have anything to do with the problem. I bought 2006 Nissan Pathfinder new in April 17, 2006 and AC 3 year warranty is over. Lot of Pathfinder owners having the same problem. There is a design flaw with this part and they want me to pay full for this repair.To replace this part once it fails they have to REMOVE THE BODY OFF THE FRAME. Instead he placed a skim coating of re-mixed material over the sand / clay sub-soil and called it good. When there is something that should be taken care of under warranty, the service department conveniently forgets, or doesn't know that it's under warranty even though we bought it there.
