We have 2 vehicles financed thru HSBC Auto. During the winter 2008 we decided to garage the truck to save money. Although the truck was covered under my homeowner's ins., HSBC said we had to pay for their ins. thru Balboa. So we did. I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Crossfire from Goldstein Chrysler as a new car, however the general paint condition of the car indicated that it had been washed with dirty water and/or dirty sponges, etc. and the surface was composed of large areas of swirl marks. MV Agusta F4 model is faulty, it overheats causing the radiator to blow, in addition fairings have melted and the bikes have a very serious stalling issue. They refuse to take responsibility for this problem and issue a recall, despite the multiple (1000s) of complaints. This company is one of the most unethical ripoff dealers in the midwest. They sell high mileage used cars at triple blue book in their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" program. They specifically target people who are unable to get financing because of credit issues. Most of their cars sell for approximately $10, 000 and are worth about $3, 000. The cars are very high mileage (most of them are over 100K miles). I had a brake down in my car, I called and ask if it would be covered. I was told that " A timing chain and a timing belt are the same thing." I had the car towed to a shop and after the shop finally was able to talk to someone (after 4 days) They told them that they would not cover the braked down. I bought a Can Am ATV 90 4ST as a Christmas present for my daughter on 12/21/08. I could not take delivery of the vehicle that day because it had to svcd before it could leave the shop. Easycar appears to be a company that works just well enough to keep from getting shut down but not well enough to trust. Finally talked to Kelly, keep in mind that all I ordered was a replacement gas cap! I was notified of 2 recalls relating to my Acura TL 2004. There are no Acura dealers in Wichita Falls. The nearest is about 125 miles away in Fort Worth. I asked Acura via the phone number provider, permission to have a local Honda dealer to fix the recall.After waiting 1 week they turned me down. The problem is that, no Acura dealer in the Fort Worth or Dallas area will fix the problem on Saturdays. I will have to take a day off from work and I was not assured of a free loaner while the car is in the shop. So I am now considering selling the car and buy a Lexus or even a Hyundai since the Hyundai has got good ratings and warranty. read full review »

We are just about done paying for the vehicle and have a payment due soon and no statement. We have tired calling and we can't get anyone. I know that there have been some shady business.
