DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! My ordeal has been going on since Dec. 2, 2008 over the ECU module for a 1990 Mazda. The module was supposedly "repaired" 3 times. Since then I have called numerous times and spoken with "Ben" and "Mike" who told me they would send me the paperwork for a refund minus $89.99 diagnostic fee. (I'm due a refund of $210.00). We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it. Needless to say the moped has been rode 4 times and 2 of the times was when we drove it home from the dealer. Just recently I was at an A.M.P.M off of Ynez and Rancho California Rd in Temecula. There was a woman wearing a name tag saying "Assistant Manager Kimberly", she was extremely rude. I called to get a side mirror replaced. Tony showed up with the wrong mirror but assured me it would work. He put the replacement in, sort of, would not even try to make it fit properly and then wouldn't leave without being paid in full. The owner of this establishment has had a reputation for dishonest business practices for a long time, unfortunately I found this out after my fair share. I brokered a decent Triumph TR3 B to this man for a very reasonable sum, and charged a $500 finders fee, very reasonable. As a result the car was bought, shipped, paid for. After a few weeks, realizing it was taking rather long to receive my money, I inquired only to be strung along with a series of lies about DMV issues. I recently went to visit a client on Maderia Beach FL. I parked at the apartment complex which no spots were clearly marked as being designated parking. I went inside and two hours later when I came out my car was gone. I noticed drag marks and knew that my car was removed by a tow truck. My husband took our truck in to be repaired because the brakes failed and it caused a minor accident. First they replaced the master cylinder then realized that was not the problem, so then they replaced the rear proportion valve. Now about 2 months later the breaks went out AGAIN! Purchased a Harley Davidson from this company in August 2008. It took till April 2008 to get the title, bill of sale and keys!!! Owners promise the world but deliver nothing. In the sale was a bike cover and battery tender. At the time of writing these also have not been supplied. Again, promises galore but no follow through. My car was involved in an accident, the insurance company claims it is totaled and at a value of half of what it actually is(truck with my correct milage is listed on kbb and nada and other sites as being 8500, loan value is 7800, and retail value is 7200; universal casualty company quoted me a price of 4000 and that is not including the 15% they get to keep" . I took my 1999 Acura to a dealer service center second time (mistake to take an old car to dealer but i just bought it so i wanted to go to dealer first few times) with a Problem in transmission - it made noise when i shifted the automatic transmission from park to reverse intermittently 4-6 days once. I bought a scooter from this company. It was a lemon from day one. Antifreeze leaked out from a faulty filler neck. The scooter overheated from a block in the thermostat. Rear wheel almost came off and damaged the bearings and wore the brake shoes out. The disc is also bent as a result from this. The whole front of the scooter wobbles around. (plastic part). The front wheel bearings squealed from day one. When I took the wheel off, the bearings had no grease on them. I wasted 2000 dollars for this piece of junk. Brandon has full coverage insurance and at the time he purchased insurance they said his medical would be covered in wreck, and now during fact. not He has full coverage insurance on his motorcycle which coverage damages and medical expenses...in this case they say that they will not cover his medical since it was a motorcycle..They didnt not tell his at the time, and we cannot find that clause in his insurance forms...They fill if they try to pursue they will drop their insurance. which is house, auto, etc... Immediately upon getting the vehicle home, it became apparent there were issues mechanically and physically with the car. For the past 2 months, I have stopped into the mobile station on Litchfield Rd (just north of I-10) and attempted to fill my car with gas. The pump continuously shuts off and I have to keep pulling the trigger on the handle. Frustrated, I have gone inside several times and voiced my complaint. This company states it charges $78/per to check out a problem with your car and waives it if they do the repair. Didn't believe them. According to a manufacturers. rep my car problem would have cost about $15 for the part and $50 in labor, Merideth charges $135.00. There is no way to verify their hourly rate. I have been to the Nissan dealerships here in CT over 9 times for various problems. It is my only vehicle, and is a lease. The transfer case has been changed 2-3 times BRAND NEW! It has been in the shop SIX times for the transfer case alone. One dealership 'accidently' cut my brake line and I almost crashed. That was another time in the shop, even though they were reluctant to fix the brakes.
