Have been a good customer for 8yrs, my car was taken out by someone, not my fault. It didn't look that bad as far as damages go, but USAA will claim a total loss in order to save themselves money. They will offer only half of your cars actual value knowing that the customers options are very limited, short of paying a lawyer more than what it's worth. I took my car back to NTB tire and battery shop, for them to fix the problem of my car vibration when you press on the brake, at least twice. The repairs that were made did not fix the proble it is still there. I paid and addition fee of $132.00 and the problem still remained the same. Midas Auto Service Experts did an oil change on my vehicle and approximately eight (8) days later I had no oil in my vehicle. Prior to this, my vehicle was in excellent running condition - it niw needs a NEW ENGINE. They also did a tune-up and messed that uo too - they did not see a clogged PCV valve. They feel they put the wrong spark plug in and that caused the problem but will not take responsibility for the lack of oil in the car. To whom it may Concern, If anyone is considering hiring a vehicle from Asco Car Hire, B-Mobile (now Asco ownership) and Value Car hire. I would advise you not to pay the full amount or to read the contract very carefully. The maximum insurance cover does not cover quite a few important items. If you do have an accident 90 % of the time they will find something that is not covered and bill you for it. Someone from everhart nissan told ceridian that I was not qualified for the 65% reduction. I do not know why they did this I called them and they denied doing it. On May 21, 2008 Rocket Paving installed an asphalt driveway at my residence. Upon completion of the job, I paid in full for their services and received a receipt with a 2 year guarantee in writing. This spring tree roots caused bulging of the pavement and the pavement is deteriorating in other areas. I have been leasing for 15+ years and never got a bill in the mail when I returned my vehicle. As we know when we return our vehicles they are detailed. On December 12th of 2008, I bought a used 2006 Toyota Camry SE off the Internet from Gene Gormans Auto Dealership . I contacted the dealer and asked what condition the vehicle was in. An individual named Rashidi working for this company replaced the windshiled on my Audi with non spec aftermarket glass instead of Audi glass . I did not realize how bad a job he did for a couple of days because he stated that the tape he had placed around the seals had to remain on for a couple of days. Castle Hyundai promotes when you buy a Hyundai from them that they provide tires for the life of the car. They tell you that if you bring your car back to them for "all" service, they will provide " free" tires for the life of the car. I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra from them. I took it to a Toyota Dealership to have it checked out and have the check engine light turned off. The Toyota service dept found that there were 2 incorrect catalytic converters welded in place of two factory converters. This is what was causing the check engine light. This rental car site is terrible. The manager Juan provides terrible customer service and is quite condescending. I have had to rent from this site twice and both times were disastrous. The first time, they actually sent us to take the car for an oil change! We were an hour late due to this delay. This time, we were two hours late because of Juan. He did not listen to me as I was talking to him, as he had his friends on speaker phone.
