Three times I attended the K-mart tyre and auto service station. First time ... I had a water leak and they did not fix a water leak but charged for it. I have been paying for 2 years on my 2006 Kia spectra. I bought it for @16.000- got a loan for 18, 000 and still owe 16, 000. Triad says in the first 2 years of the loan you're paying off the interest. At this rate it will never get paid off. I had taken my car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. When I arrived, my Ford Explorer was running just fine. When I left, it was immediately making noises and the check engine light was on. I drove a short distance away, and turned around to come and bring it back to them. While en route, the engine on my Explorer seized. This is a very sleazy and lazy company. They basically make the customer do all the work. They have no desire to pay so they simply drag things out as long as possible, forcing the customer to nag and push them to get things done(one requirement at a time over and over again). I purchased a complete chrome billet front end from Tejas for $1, 650 dollars. The machining tolerances of this front end was so poor, we could not remove the fork end caps and had to re-thread several threaded holes just to mount parts. We could not remove the top fork end cap to screw in the blind triple tree fork cap, so there was no way to assemble one of the legs. On 12/04/04 we purchased a engine from Jasper Engine for a Eagle Talon TSi. It came with a 36 month or 50, 000 mile Parts & Labor warranty.
