I manage a repair shop, the representative told me how much he would pay for parts and how much he would pay for labour, I told him he did not set my prices, he told me to tell the customer to take his car elsewhere to have repaired then told me I was lucky I was so far away because he would kick my ***, I almost jumped in my car to meet him when he got off work, what a joke this company is. I have been in the auto repair business for 20 plus years and have never had to deal with a warranty company this bad. read full review »

Not Nissan so much as probably the dealership. I just bought a lug nut cover plastic, your descript. Cap-road wheel. part no. 40342-2w601. It cost me just under $50.00. exorbitant? I think so. Same dealership that cost me $2300.00. for an oil change. Talk about gruesome service managers. Must have gotten a huge bonus that year. It puts a major blemish on the reputation of Nissan autos. I am on my third pathfinder, with a great respect for their durability, and quality. But this stuff above really *** me off. I went there to buy a truck. We agreed on price, went to finance to pay. Once there, they tried to increase the price by $1500 for Teflon paint coating, which they claimed was already applied. This was total BS -- they were just trying to get more money. Sales Manager offered to let us have the Teflon for only $499 -- we walked and will never do business with them again. These guys are scum. I was able to get the same price at another Ford dealer with no Teflon. Don't waste your time with these guys. The Kansas City Airport has this great rental center building with a terrific shuttle going to and from it but it is only a pleasure to use if you have a nice dry day. I had to drop off a rental car at the Enterprise Car Rental section and that morning it was pouring rain. The young guy with the clipboard had a raincoat on and there was no overhang to pull the car under like there was at the Enterprise Car Rental Center at Sea-Tac Airport in Seattle. I went to Carolina Hyundai In Fort Mill SC. They sold me a 2005 Hyundai XG350 that has been in the repair shop for the same thing so many times that I am still upset. They did not show me the car fax report or even offer. That should have been a warning about the deception that the car had issues. Later I found out the car was bought at an auction. The transmission still jumps. The car value has decreased and now when I try to trade, found out the car was in an accident which leaves me really unsatisfied. Public Motors display a "carfax" sheet on the window of their cars for "auction" but cannot really confirm if it is indeed the real thing. Bought a car there after reading their "carfax' which listed no known accidents. They would not give me the "carfax"> when I did my own carfax it listed two accidents. Our car repairs have been completed. After going through quite an ordeal and having the car go back to the repair shop 3 times, it appears that Caliber has done a fairly good job. Thankfully, they do have a lifetime warranty on their work so that if any problems to arise, they will take care of it. On the day we picked up the car, the remote was missing. I was involved in an accident with a USAA customer. Mr. Mark Burski contacted me. I was trying to negotiate the fault percentage. He taped my statement about the accident. A few weeks later he denied my offer and I requested a statement from his client. He said "You will not get that". On April 25, 2008, I owned my motorcycle for 1 year. Of the first year, I was out of the country working offshore for 8 months. The 4 months I was home, my motorcycle was in the shop over 50 days! The air breather was ripping off going down the road, not once, twice, but 4 times! I almost had a wreck trying to catch it on one occasion. I had initially signed up for a plan, because there was a Hertz Rental center down the street from my home, making it very convenient to do business with. Unbeknownst to me, this same site had gone out of business. I immediately contacted the Center with in 2 days and spoke with a women who stated she understands and will cancel the plan since I had never used it. BMW of Fremont is over charging on there parts compared to any other BMW Dealership in Bay Area. Example will be a Quart of oil any other BMW in 40 mile radius will cost you $6.00 a quart, Fremont BMW will cost you $9.00 a quart also there own auto group in BMW of Mountainview Ca. which is just 15 mile away will just cost you $6.00 a quart, so is this a error or are they following the gas spike which any gas station owner can charge any amount they want and not be regulated. They didn't stock the tire I wanted to buy even though it was featured on their website, so I had to get something different, then it took them 6 days to ship it and in the whole time I kept calling them seeing if they had shipped it or not, they always said they'd find out and call back but never ever did. The topping on the cake was that they shipped it to the wrong address even though I told them specifically not to send it to my house. Stop smoking the pipe. Folks at scootertronics in Maryland seem to be smoking something because I bought a 3, 000 dollar scooter from them in December of 07 and had it for 3 weeks when it blew a head gasket, a water pump gasket, a scater cover gasket and some other things. I went to the Country Shell Gas Station located at 3535 F.M. 762 in Richmond Texas on 6/19/2008. I own a 2007 Saturn Outlook. I pulled into the station to fill up my tank. When the handle "clicked" off, I went inside the store to pay for my gas on my Discover Card and I was stunned to hear it was $93.35. The cost of the gas was $3.899. Be very careful how you deal with this dealership: they can't be trusted to honor their own agreement. I purchased a Ford 150 truck and on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that the purchase was subject to my getting financing. I continually was disappointed with the lack of good customer service and poor quality of work on my car. I found myself returning to this shop multiple times because the "problem" was not fixed properly. I felt I was not treated with respect as a paying customer. The customer service representative often became argumentative and downright rude at times when discussing issues concerning my car. Maaco is the worst place I have ever been to. The people there were unprofessional. They took forever on a job that they didn’t even finish!! The work that needed repair that they didn’t finish only took one day to fix at the other shop, and the quality is far and beyond better. Mr. Owens called my phone well over 9 times within 45 minutes. Sometimes I was contacted every minute for 5 minutes. I have done research on GAW and have found that they are the focus of at least one State Attorney General. I have taken this to the next level and have filed complaints with four other AG's. The Atlantic finance dept told me that it would cost me $9.00 per mo for the life of the loan or 60 months (540.00). I pumped $40.00 worth of gasoline into my 13 gallon gas tank.
