Phoenix hard parts employs nothing but liars. They will not refund your core. They have told me on the phone for the last 4 months that everything was fine on my core and I should receive my check any time now. They will only let you leave messages for Sheila, the accountant, or Frank, the owner and neither will ever return a phone call. Not to mention the fact that they took 6 weeks to ship my transmission that was an in stock item and sent it with no bell housing or tail shaft when they told me it would have all the parts. Caliber had our new 2008 Altima Coupe from February 14th to May 1, 2008. We've taken the car back once because of new scratches (that Caliber caused), paint over spray, cracked headlight cover, faulty moulding around back glass, trunk lid not operating as it should, paint drip marks, paint on black plastic front grill that should not be there and numerous other things. My mother rented a van from them several weeks ago for a work trip to New York. My mother brought the car home Friday night. Saturday morning my dad came home from work and my mother told him that she got a message saying that the oil needs changed. Me and my dad took a look at the Van. I noticed something was wrong and told my dad. The van had on the front two DIFFERENT tires which is dangerous. Plus the van dirty. We took the Van back and got another Van which had all the correct tires but the van was dirty.

I went to Kansasland (3167 N Rock Rd; Wichita, KS, 67226 (316)634-1444) oil change. Was told I need shocks, which I had already had priced elsewhere 4 days earlier so I had a round about amount it would cost. They put in the MOST expensive shocks. My bill was $550.00. The bill receipt didn't even say anything about warranty. I had to go back the next day for them to write on my bill the warranty for these shocks. They screw people. Don't ever go there unless you want to be ripped off. I will never ever go to Kansasland again. read full review »

I had purchased a scorpio in oct 2007. This is my third free service and whenever i go to get my service done the guys there say that we cant wash the vehicle as there is no men available today. This is the third time it has happened. It looks like they don't want to wash the vehicle. it is not only with me but all the other customers have to face the same problem. the dealer is solo one in Jalandhar and he is taking undue advantage of it.

While driving north on Interstate 94 in the Deerfield, IL area, a car insured by Founders Insurance swerved into the side of my car. We exchanged insurance information but made no police report - the local Police Department said response times were two hours and longer due to the poor weather (by the end of the day, nine inches of snow in the area). On 08/07/2007, I had a complete brake job done at Just Brakes, 4845 S. Pecos Rd at a cost of $520.64 (invoice # 000018638) which I was informed included a life time warranty. On 05/01/2008, I had to return the car to have two wheel cylinders (leaking) and a brake hose replaced (installed wrong) after only 13, 000 miles. The service of ' SAINIK COOKING GAS ' dealer is very bad. They won't take up the phone and accept booking. For the past few months there is no door delivery.
The delivery boys themselves are distributing LPG cylinder and exorting Rs. 50 to 100 per cylinder.
This is the second time am complaining nothing is been done in this regard. Request to look into this matter and set right the issues.

Purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona Van from Tobin Dodge on January 20, 2008. I drove the van no more then 5 miles from the Dealer and the “Check Engine Light” came on. I called Pete my salesman and explained this to him the next day. He said it was probably just a loose fuel cap so I secured the cap and reset the computer only to have it come on again. I bought a new fuel cap and again the check engine light came back on.

We took our Honda Civic Hybrid to T&T Honda (in Calgary) for its first oil change, with 10, 000 km on the vehicle. Within two weeks, the car had serious issues and began to run very roughly. The service engine light and add oil light both came on at the same time. I took the car to a different dealership to have them look at it - the root of the problem was that the oil drain plug had fallen out, all oil had drained.

I had purchased Maruti Esteem Lxi on 2-FEB-2006 from Competent Automobiles connaught place Delhi, India. I bought a Saturn 2003 VUE with 18, 000 miles in October 1, 2005 right after Hurricane Katrina. Last year, 2007 I began having problems with grinding noise and hesitation when stepping on the gas. Saturn said it was the transmission, repaired it and extended the warranty to 75, 000 miles on the transmission.
