Took my car to Stoneridge car wash during my lunch time. Considering the number of businesses in the area they would expect that a car wash can not take longer than about 40 minutes, and why should it!!!. Dropped my car off, there was one car in front of me already washed! Came back 45 min later to find them just pulling my car out of the wash area. From day one this scooters have either broken or fallen apart! day one the double stand fell off, wonder who did the pdi? from that til now from the stand to the calipers fell off, it cut out on me and stood 2weeks, the belt snapped and the whole clutch buggerd it stood for 3months by then?! now the studs that holds the whole engine barrels and gbox together broke and ********** the whole engine, and concidering it stood broken about 5months out of the 13months i had it? now i must still pay for damages and engine repair for a thing thats been more broken than fixed. read full review »

I bought a Puzey G-Wizz from Puzey's dealer. Puzey never got the registration papers to me. I have been waiting for a month now and the scooter can not be put on the road. I have now given the bike back to the dealer and will go collect another brand of scooter. I have spoken to Jackie and to Mike Puzey himself and still there was no reponse regarding this matter. I got a call from the sales person the next day telling me I better get there quick and have the money or the manager was going to sell the car a had money down on to someone else willing to pay more. I had asked them to look into a potential issue with the alignment, and when I got there they told me I better take it as is or they would sell the car to the other guy. Moved to AR from Phoenix & Crain Kia was the only dealership, then. I brought it in for the 15, 000 mile check list. My car only had 13, 500. I thought the 15, 000 check list price was high, it was definitely higher than in phoenix. But I wanted to keep the warranty up, so I dropped it off. After 10 minutes, they call and tell me the rear brakes are "shot" $500. Wow!!! I had a transmission failure at 55k miles. United Car Care carries my extended warrentee. They did replace the transmission through my Toyota dealership but unstead of putting a rebuilt part in they replaced it with a used transmission. The tranny now works but has a clunk noise when placing it in park. They claim this ok and I say that it never did that before and I consider it an unsafe repair. I have call and written a letter to the dealership that sold me the warrentee and so far no responce. I would not recommend using UCC for any extended warrentee. read full review »

On Jan. 19, 2011 I was backed up in the lane at West Walmart, in Sioux Falls, when I noticed a Black SUV that was parked diagonallly from me starting to back up. I bought the truck new, 2008 F350 diesel, the water in fuel light would come on all the time, I would keep draining it and when I took it in to have it checked they found no problems, I kept in serviced and changed out the fuel filters. The last time I changed the fuel filter the light quit coming on, with 8000 miles on the fuel filter the truck quit... Now they say it needs a new fuel system over$8000. and they will not fix it because it has to much water in the fuel and that is maintenance. What can we do???? read full review »

I took my 2002 Ranger in for an oil change. The tech @ service writer said I needed a total of $1, 085.00 of work on my truck. They led me to beleave this work was of a priority because it was in the front suspension @ engine. I took my truck to another repair shop @ was told all I needed was the coolant flush ($100.00) . When the service mgr. at Varsity heard of this discripency he requested to review the recommendation by them. After his review he admitted they were WRONG. Went to Mercedes Sandton to replace a headlight globe. Phoned them 2 times this morning to enquire whether the item is covered as part of service contract but no-one could help. Went in, had to pay for the globe, asked to speak to a service consultant to get clarity on what is excluded from service contract and was informed that globes are covered under the service plan. No-one had explained to me that I had to book the car in to ensure that it is covered under the service plan as no one knew. It seems as if there is a lack of knowledge and no one really cares. Lusio Panel Beaters offers the worst service. The receptionist will put you on hold for long periods of time while no one answers your call. Then when someone finally does answer, they will not give a clear feedback on the status of what is happening with your car coupled with a lot of bad attitude for a service they are being paid to offer. Demand letter sent to them against their driver who T-Boned me and totalled my car and hurt my back and neck. Stanley Law Offices sent demand letter but they will not handle litigation. I cannot sit, stand, walk for long distances and am on muscle relaxers, Vicadin, PT. Tens Unit and receive monthly injections for pain. Stanley Law offices state I meet threshold for pain and suffering under NYS Law 5402. I was misdiagnosised for a year and switched my primary physician who listened to me and sent me immediately for PT and pain injections. These things help for a short time, temporary fix. All the pictures taken and shown on Ebay showed none of the obvious problems with the vehicle.
