The product this operation is marketing is excellent, however they have created a smoke in mirrors concept to job descriptions and territory. The bottom line is that you do not need to pay $2700 to be a Div Mgr or $400 to be an agent, not even remotely close. They have bascially created an illusion with these fees. Who pays a company to work for them anyways? Oh, and there are no free leads. They've got a creative spin, but in no way are they free. Happy to learn I am not alone having had trouble with these crooks. This time, I found Auto Europe web site through Google and as usual, candidly made a reservation, with no special worry as the car was to be provided by Europcar in Paris. Toyota Sienna LE 2006 with 72000miles automatic broke down on the highway --- refusing to go beyond 35miles an hour and check engine light came on. The Toyota dealer claimed that the transmission had to be replaced at a cost of about 5500 + and diagnosed only transmission problem. I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this place after they agreed to fix the rear a/c, the rear brakes, and several other things. Instead of ordering a lugnut key, they broke off the locked lugnuts to do brake job. I know this because the owner told me they did. In doing so they broke one of the $400 wheels. They said they have no idea what I am talking about. They also did not fix the a/c. Their so called master mechanic only rigged it to work until 2 hours after I drove off the lot. I bought a "01" 2500HD Silverado to replace the 1990 half ton Jimmy I used to pull my camper because we planned to upgrade to a fifth wheel. The truck is only driven in the summer months, has never seen snow, used almost only for pulling our camper, and had only 28, 328 miles on the original factory installed tires (Firestone)which I always check the tire pressure before a trip. My vehicle was not really dirty but it had some water spots on the windows so I decided to run it through the wash and get the express service so I could keep the costs down and not have to be concerned with tipping the people outside who normally wipe the car down after it goes through the wash. These guys are horrible! They damaged both of my vehicles (2011 Toyota Sienna and 2001 Hyundai Sonata) transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren't going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical! I had buy the Naza Kia Sorento year made 2006. The problem is ABS system is not function probably or better than the cheaper than car. The celle node inside the ABS system is cannot pump the oil to the break system. The heater in my dual climate control jeep does not work properly. I have been researching this problem and found that I am not the only one with the issue. The problem seems to be fixed by doing one of two things, I could take it to the dealer and pay anywhere between $1, 00 - $2, 500 to have them fix it or I could buy an aftermarket part from a company called heatertreater for $150 dollars and do it myself (which requires cutting things behind my glove box). This place did a horrible job on my window tinting (all blistered) and now they will not honor the LIFETIME WARRANTY. The new owner said that he is not responsible for anything from before he became owner. He would not try in any way to work with me or negotiate - just put his hands up and said he was not responsible. Do yourself a favor and get your windows tinted or your car accessorized some other place. AVOID THIS PLACE! I was involved in an accident with my 2007 Santa Fe. I was traveling 60 Kms/per hour when another vehicle crossed my line of travel and I hit her. This particular "Service" is anything but. "Nightmare" is way too soft a term to describe my experience.
