I am pissed off with Cheryl. I specifically told them to auto deduct out of my account on the 20th of every month. To date they have not done so. I am cancelling this in writing and by phone. I am not happy with their services. They have unauthorized use of my debit card. Services are over. I wish they would answer their phones. I have to leave messages. # I bought a C280 from them in Nov 09. Problems, starting right away. Mechanical noise, shifting problems and the car stalls while you shift from park in to drive... The first 2 problems where fixed but but they never toke care of the stalling problem. I brought the car 3 more times at the dealer but all they said was "do you wan out of the car" which meant basically me trading in and losing 10K...They made no effort on fixing the car, they never really investigated my car's problem. I also had a car loan from Road Loans, who then became Drive Financial and finally Santander Consumer. They are HORRIBLE! First of all I became disabled at work so I fell behind on my payments. They said they would work with me, but neglected to state that there was a $10.95 LATE FEE per day! My original contract with Road Loans said nothing about that and I haven't received an updated statement of terms for this company. I was paying $300 every 2 weeks to catch up. I had a similar experience with Jim Castelli that guy is a total scumbag. Last year during the cash for clunkers program I purchased a Nissan altima coupe. Jim Castelli said that I will get the $4, 500 back for my clunker trade in when the dealership got the $4, 500 reimbursed from the government. After one week I found out that I was supposed to get the $4, 500 taken off right away but when I confronted him about this he said that there was no record of me ever turning in a cash for clunker vehicle and that I was never owed $4, 500. I bought a used car from them, the transmission was messed up I was late on a payment paid it but they took my car bc they said I did not have insurance on it and when I showed proof of my insurance they wanted me to pay the rest of what I owed on the car plus the 500 dollers for towing. I took my 1995 Chevy conversion Van in this Am 07-31-10 for four new tiers, I had called in the day before and reserved the tires as they were in stock very nice as there an odd size, all work was performed as agreed, as I was getting into my Van I saw that there was grease on my carpet, I was able to catch the person that help me and he was very concerned and had the Mechanic clean the carpet, he also told me if I was not satisfied they would see that they were cleaned to meet my expectations again was satisfied with the customer care... read full review »

Ordered a set of front rotors/Brakes and a pair of brake shoes for the rear of a 2001 Toyota 4runner. The first issue I had was after I placed my order online I called to make sure I ordered the correct parts. This company is a joke.Simple order, 2 strut cylinders for the rear hatch on my suv.Received them in 2 days(great, i thought)opened the box and there was 2 different struts, neither of which was correct.Impossible to get through to customer service on phone, so i e-mailed them for a return authorization number.Now it's going to cost me over $14 to send them back for something that is THEIR fault.Found the same struts on amazon.com for $30 less plus FREE shipping.This is my first and last time with these clowns.NEVER buy from them, unless you need more stress and headaches in your life! read full review »

On July 13, we were notified that there would be an increase of $50 monthly because our daughter did not fulfill the requirement as a full time student (she didn't have a full 12 units). Beware!! Total rip off in repair services. I went in to fix a squeaking noise coming from my right rear tire and the sales consultant there, Brad Glincher, recommended that I also get the 60K maintenance service. Thinking that I might as well get it since I'm here anyways, I agreed. He then suggested all other optional add-on services and called it "World Class Inspection". The dealer told my brother our 2010 Via was fixed after over 30 days at their Hillsboro shop. It was purchased in March and had some problems. It was taken to the dealer in Portland and the inverter was not fixed then we took it to the Hillsoboro shop and they told my brother it was fixed, but when he arrived nothing had been done to it.
