They have agreed but I to send them various payments that totaled up to $1575.00 and was promised that there were no more fees. I signed for a debt management program with Debt Solution Services. I was promised that they will help me settle my debts and was told verbally that I can send below minimum payment schedule. Unfortunately, I became unemployed and was unable to make the minimum. I have never missed a payment and have never been assessed a late fee...until last month. As part of the credit act that Obama passed, my monthly bill due date was adjusted. I decided to try the 3 day trial membership on 7th April 2010. On 9th April, I cancelled. I made 2 cancellation requests via the website and one to customer care ([email protected]). Beware that any merchant who uses Telecheck can claim deniability for any of their practices. I have taken a flat on rent in Navi Mumbai through a property broker. I have given 1.5 month brokerage at the time of possession. The rent agreement was made and everything was done. My water meter was replaced in mid 2009 by the municipality. They have up to date not changed the meter number on their system and i have been given an estimated reading averaging on 99kl per month which amounts to about R1400 per month for water usage. When i complain, they say that it can take up to a year or longer to have the meter number changed on their system! I went to order a product and pay through paypal but did not click submit the first time, the second time I did pay for the product, unbeknown to me I placed 2 orders and had paid for 1. I got an invoice asking for payment for the 1st order. I asked Strawberry net to cancel that order as I had place another. I waited over a week for the paid order to arrive...still waiting.
