I rented a HDB flat through Shyam Lorenzo an agent of this company. He said the house owner is an indian national. He collected the agent fees and deposit and handed over the keys of the apartment. It has been 1 month now and he has never given the contract. Visitors who are visiting condominium residents are apparently charged RM5 (five Ringgit Malaysia) for parking their vehicles at the Cascadium Condominium, Jalan Penaga Bangsar. I am a small business owner. Recently I received a returned check from a customer for insufficient funds. I presented the check to their bank personally to catch funds in their account. Two months in a row now MNI Credit Reporting Services has been charging an OLD Visa account number held with Bank of America in my name for services. The card number was changed three months before the first transaction so I'm not sure how the company gained access to my OLD accout number. 3 times in consecutive days in June 2008 there were charges of $12.95 and now 2 times in the same day of July 2008 for $12.95 each. Conseco was paid off in Jan of 2001 by H.F.C. Finances and they never boughtered to remove their name off of the lien. I don't know how else to get a hold of them, because I did not know that they were still on the lien until my lawyer told me, as of this earlier in the year. read full review »

After 4 or more years with Bank of America, I was never late, never missed a payment but suddenly get a letter raising my interest rate to 30%. Once I realized this I called them to see if it was a mistake, but it turned out a mistake to call them, they closed my account and forced me into a repayment program, which was a lower rate but also damaged my otherwise great credit standing by closing the account. I was told if I did not close the account they would anyway and then charge me high interest!. I impulsively ordered a magicjack after seeing it advertised online via cnet, pcmagazine and cbs news but then I saw an article about a lawsuit against the company and then info about it sending ads to your pc so I realized I did not want it. The confirmation email I got for my order said I could reply to make changes so I hit reply and tried to cancel the order but the email failed so I did some more research and found an email address for [email protected] and emailed him trying to cancel the order. I received a letter from Northland Group saying i had won 100, 000 USD from a canadian lottery. they then sent me a $ 3, 550 check to cash and pay alleged tax charges for the winnings. Went for brake service and noted a substancial increase in price over previous year. Found out that the cost of my pads increased %100 from previous year. District manager claimed previous proces were wrong. However when I rearched the same product at retail - it was %50 less. The pads were even %22 less straight from the dealer.
