Purchased LCD screen with shipping insurance. My item was misdelivered and lost by USPS. ScreenAid refused to file an insurance claim or refund my money even though the local USPS office verified the item was lost. I'm assuming they never purchased insurance on my shipment as they refuse to provide the insurance information to me. I have tried working with them for over a month and they continue to tell me my item has been delivered...which is amazing since our local USPS office never recieved it. Placed an order online with need4digital for a Canon Rebel T1i and remote switch for $689.00 including 3 day shipping. Recieved a call from them and they told me Cannon doesnt include the battery, so include a battery, then he ask how I was going to charge the battery, Cannon doesnt include chargers with their cameras, then wanted to know if I need SD cards and I said no that I have new SD cards. I purchased a Logitech 88O programmable remote as a new in the box unit. It came sealed with all of the factory packaging. Incident I purchased a 3g iphone about three months ago from an AT&T store in Fresno CA. At the time of purchase I was told by the sales person when asked that after the 30 day trial period I would be able to turn off/eliminate the additional $30 per month internet fee at any time and would be able to keep using the IPhone's web browser as long as I had a wireless signal. I have had the new boost unlimited for about a month now i hate it. Since AT&T Uverse Installed their service at my home on Feb. 12 2009 I have been complaining about the audio . I had to connect an alternative OPTICAL CONNECTION IN ORDER TO GET THE EXPECTED AUDIO. I took my Sony Ericsson in for repair at the vodacare shop waterfall mall Rustenburg. I waited 3 days for the quotation and decided to reject the quote of R600. (The phone is still under guarantee) After 3 days the consultant phoned me to fetch my phone and I had to pay a rejection fee of R57. Reported elsewhere as fake storefront. My experience: They advertise that they accept PayPal. Placed an order for a camera. They responded and said they only accept PayPal if the amount is over 5, 000 Euro. They wanted wire transfer or Western Union. I cancelled the transaction. Recommend never using wire transfer or Western Union as you have no recourse. Most scammers want Western Union or wire transfer.
