This supplier, probably based in the Detroit area, sells assistive listening devices on the Internet and is a PayPal partner. When I inquired about the shipping date on a product which I ordered, I was called a "moron" several times by Jamie Barber who is apparently the proprietor. I received an "It just shipped!" notice from PayPal stating that my goods were shipped April 10th while USPS Track & Confirm stated that the shipment was not made until April 15th. Tried to cancel my data plan I get through AT&T on the IPAD I have the plan for and it wouldn't take my password to cancel so I did the request my password twice and it wouldn't work either. I finally found a 800 to call on my credit card statement and after waiting all of 10 minutes to talk to a rep she told me I would have to do it on my IPAD!!! I copied exactly 34 VHS tapes onto DVD discs with my brand new Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-ES30V when the VHS heads failed. Panasonic charged me $70 to replace it with a REBUILT DMR-EZ48V, basically a model that had already failed before for someone else. The rebuilt machine heads failed after copying only 16 tapes. I was supposed to get a $25 credit due to a promotion that took place 2 days after I purchase my Thunderbolt. The initial supervisor told me it would take 24 hrs to be credited to my account. 24 hrs go by and nothing. The next supervisor told me the same thing and still nothing 24 hrs later. We purchased a Maytag Bravos Quiet Series 300 last fall. We picked this model because it had a large tub for washing blankets and large loads. It is the biggest disappointment we ever had. It is incapable of washing a large capacity load without balling the laundry up in a tight ball. It will not wash a load of sheets or blankets without going out of balance AT LEAST 4 times.
