It cost me $149.94 charged to my visa and I never received my order, they do not answer my requests via email and everything looked legit when placing my order including the order has shipped email confirmation. These guys are very good into fooling the consumer, so stay away ! On January 12, 2010, I had lunch at the Bluewater Grill & Tavern with my family. My four year old daughter had a grill cheese with ham for lunch. Just after eating within an hour she was throwing up and feeling very sick. I immediately realize it was what she had just eating, because she was fine prior to going to this restaurant. I bought a 52" Samsung LCD HDTV online at Best Buy.com. They promise free shipping and give you a choice of which day you can have it delivered. I chose the 15th of January. I filed a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau about Parallels HORRIBLE customer service and problems running the download. The next day Parallels emailed me to tell me that they were crediting back my credit card. We will see if it actually comes through. They pressured me into purchasing their product. When I recieved the magazines, all but one, "Seventeen" for my granddaughter, they had chosen for me. Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long!
