DO NOT DEAL with either of these companies. They are one and the same and will rip you off! I spent $180 on 2 dvd sets. Both sets are taped off television(logo is in the corner), many shows are duplicated and on one dvd, its a totally different show! They send no papers with order numbers on them. My story is the same as countless others. This company some how obtains names and titles of people, and then cold calls for the person. They validate the information they have and even after you say NO NO NO not interested, they still "send you the publication." This company lead me to believe that i was going to get magazines for my business. They let pick the ones i needed for my company than sent me what they wanted. I never recieved one bill. I walk into Marie Callenders (Encino) with a friend around 1:00 p.m. The hostess takes my name and tells us there will be a short wait. This site is a scam. They offer burned dvd's which is fine, but I ordered a reality TV series, shipped the money order and handling, and they sent me the wrong item. So after several weeks of contact with them, they ask me to ship it back to the US and pay for the shipping cost which they will refund. I ordered the TV from Complete-AV but my credit card was charged by Harvard Technology on the day of ordering. The set has never been delivered and neither company have answered my e-mails. When I tried to phone Harvard i was passed around from one automatic answering machine to another until after some time I just hung up. Our party of 8 inc. a 2 year old and a 70 year old, went to The Windmill on Sunday evening to eat, our food took over an hour to come even after we complained at the bar it took a further 20 minites even though they said another 5. My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant. We were the first customers of the day. I ordered tempura with 8 piece California Roll. When I tried to eat the California rolls, it tasted strange. I purchased a 1, 700 sony flatscreen on Nov. 18, 2007. The warranty on the tv was for 1 yr. parts and labor including a one-time for lamp. 2 yr. for for parts. Sam's sold me an extended 2 yrs. sevice agreementh for 69.68 for parts and labor. Our tv went out last night (10-28-09) and it has not even been 2 yrs. C & W Used bookstore in Woodbridge, VA is a nice place to shop. The only problem is the owner is not nice and does not have good customer service. I have had friends tell me that she hid behind the counter and made fun of my friend's facial features (she has muscular problems that relate to her face). The owner is rude and condescending and does not smile. Even if this is her business, she needs to understand that she needs to provide good customer service to keep her customers. Have had many problems with JTV. I stopped buying from them awhile back. I kept using their auction site and have had so many problems. Everytime I win a decent item at a very good price, something goes wrong. Your bank rejected payment, which is a lie, the money was there and the bank said they did not rejected anything. I ordered a box set of DVD's from this company (Lost series 4) via Google Accounts. I waited two weeks after Google confirmed that the order had been dispatched. When the goods had not been received I sent three e-mails via Google Accounts to ask for either my money back or for the goods to be sent. Knott's Scary Farm is a fun entertaining amusement park, but they need to have increased security available. On 10/11/09 I witnessed a teenage girl screaming for help because her friend was passed out on the ground. One of Knott's employees dressed as a monster was attempting unsuccessfully to help. At least a hundred people including myself watched this incident take place. Digital River of Luxembourg, processing company [?] for Symantek software charged more than $800 in unauthorized charges to my debit card. I didn't order any software, the charges just suddenly appeared. So far I have been unable to contact any human in reference to the unauthorized charges. The charges still continue to appear although I have cancelled the debit card. If Digital River is processing your order, I would advise not to order. I tried to call the customer service phone number and was put on hold and at the end the recording says "that extension is not available". My complaint is about the untrue complaint already listed. I have been on this company's tours several times by myself and with friends. I have found this tour and it's operators to be outstanding. We have seen Manatee, Dolphins (on several occasions) and numerous other wildlife species including Roseatte Spoonbills by the flock. Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. I am not happy with the quality of this product at all. I feel the website is extremely misleading and false. The website stated new and what I received is far from being a new product.
