i am getting bill twice a month for xbox360 live. one on one day and then again the very next day. i was charged on the 8th of january and then again on the 9th of january. i believe that one of them needs to be refunded. it only needs to be charged one time and one time only. this has happened a couple of other times before and i thought it may have been a mistake on my part but, now i have gone and talked to my banker and they suggested to contact you on this subject. i feel that one of those charges needs to be refunded to my account now!!! read full review »

In Dec, 2008, my husband ordered the Carol Burnett Show dvd box set from TV ShowMonster.com and it took several weeks to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for his mom. In early January it finally arrived via USPS. First we noticed that the product had come from Shanghai, China and the manifest was in Chinese! I thought Red Flag!! We opened the box and my husband noticed that the copies were bootlegged and a very poor representation of what should have been in the box. Last night ITV showed an edition of the Katy Brand Big Ass show that clearly took a swipe at the Islamic way of life and also attempted to defame the character of Jesus in an attempt at humour. I paid 4000 for there winter advertising mailer. I looked like an ad you would see in the Penny Saver. The sales man told me I had to print it because I signed the contract and there was not time to redo it. It came out just before Christmas in 2007. The ad netted me no clients. It got me 2 calls. I was looking over my credit card charges over the last 90 days and noticed that Red Box has over charged me 6 times out of 19 transactions! Charges were $26.50 $4.24 $25.44 $2.12 $18.02 and $18.02. I submitted an order for a magazine & never received any type of confirmation. On this particular website it states their cancellation policy is within 72 hours of placing the order. I placed the order on 1/25 & the amount of the order was immediately held on my bank account. After receiving no tpye of confirmation of order, I submitted a cancellation to the company the same day. I have been waiting for a dvd i ordered for over a month now! It was ok for them to take my money tho! I bought a Vizio 42 in TV. The product came defective where the LCD screen was loose and was rattling . There was a gap from the frame to the LCD screen in 4 places. The gap was so much that I was able to fold a A4 size paper 4 times and it went through the gap. This company should be shut down for predatory business practices. They sent my wife a book which we never asked for, never signed for, never gave any authorization nor agreed to any terms. I ordered a magazine but decided to cancel. I followed the instructions on the back of the reciept to cancel. I couldnt reach anyone by phone so I faxed the cancellation over with all of my information as was instructed and it is 5mo later and still no refund. I can not reach the company by phone and now can not leave a message because their mailbox is always full. I wonder why? I feel violated and ripped off in the biggest sense of the word. I bought this software on a payment plan and have made a plan to pay on the 3rd of every month. Well I pay and they shut down my system and on top of that they take monies out of my account when they feel like it not on the third. So now I am paying for a program that I can not use. A college-age girl came to my door claiming she was selling magazines to raise money for a college trip. The magazines would be donated to soldiers in the military. Of the $48 for the magazine subscription, $43 would go to the student for her trip and $5 would go to pay for the subscription for the soldiers. I have the exact same complaint as the person on1/16. I ordered a book for my daughter's college class on 1/15 and I am still waiting to get a tracking number at the very least. I also get the same automated email response about checking back in a couple of days as they update every few days. It should never take this long to get a tracking number from a company. Same experience as previous complaints. I opted to receive free magaines, paying only shipping for a years subscription. When the year was up, I received NO notofication of renewal and my credit charge was automatically charged in December 2008 for renewal subscription which were over the market calue..for example charged $33 per year for a magaine when it was avaialbe for $10 on-line. My fiancee was bought a Zune 80 gb from his sister in September of 08. In December of 08 the Zune would not charge. I called the Zune department and they offered to send me a box (3-5 days) for them to repair the Zune. I received the box in 5-9 days. I called Huges Net on August 22, 2008 to cancel services due to moving and would not need services. Instructed them to cancel services effected August 25, 2008. I have received a bill for 2 months of sevice I did not recevice. I'm making this complaint in behalf of my wife who a few months back subscribed to the Game Saver service of receiving a computer game a month for $6.95 each. There is no problem getting the games on a monthly basic but so far our credit card gets charged twice for every game received. It's next to impossible to talk to a person to correct this problem.
