Many customers get angry at the employees when they have to wait a long time for their food. After having dish for 18 months , they added a charge of $6 per month for their Digital home protection Plan. I had signed up 18 months earlier and my contract with them says " You'll receive your dish network equipment, the appropriate plan programming package and a LIFETIME WARRANTY from dish network. First, let me state that I foolishly bundled my Time Warner and Sprint bills (billing is through Time Warner) in December of 2006 in order 'to create a more efficient system of payment'. Target Stores has unfair business practices and violates consumer rights! I returned something in January with a receipt over 90 days, and had to go threw hell, to only be able to get one item in exchange for the 5 I returned. I have been using Blockbuster Online for the last 9 or so months. The delivery has been slow, approximating 3-4 business for me to get the movie. But it did not really bother me, as we were remodeling our house and did not have as much spare time to watch the movies. Purchased new hyundai 32" lcd tv from newegg.com. 2 months later tv failed. I contacted hyundai warranty in america. They shipped me a box to send my tv back for repairs. Note: this return box did not have any packing information. Per hyundai the lcd screen was damaged in shipping. They did have insurance from ups. Ups did inspect and declined any help. I visited the Gaidos seafood restaurant at Galveston on the memorial day weekend in May 2007. I ordered for some pecan crusted catfish. After eating that for lunch by evening time I started passing loose motions and by night fall I was throwing up and passing motions. It was so bad that I was getting completely dehydrated. I then in the middle of the night, went to the emergency room of a local hospital and was give IV & medication. Was finally released in the morning after stabilizing. This company gets worse with each passing day. 1-They are continuing to sell DBS (satellite) equipment and subscriptions KNOWING they will be switching to IPTV within 1 year. This will make equipment useless. 2-REFUSE to honor LIFETIME subscriptions and have demanded $5 ADDITIONAL a month or will turn off 4 channels ONLY from lifetime members! I signet up for AT&T phone service, internet and free dish. The quote I was given for my total bill was $121.00 a month. However my bills are over &250.00 a month. I never received free dish. First Dish bill $167.00 dollars a month and att / dish refuses to fix the bill. My second dish bill is $85.00 Again no fix by ATT. Dish tells me they cant help, sine I signed up with ATT. ATT has been very rude and even threatened to cut off my phone if I don't pay. I have the online agreement that states what credits I should be getting and ATT refuses to live up it. On June 23, 2007 I ordered a vanilla cone though the drive through. After I paid for my icecream cone at one window I was told to pick up my ice cream at the second window. There was a young man there with my ice cream cone holding it past where the little paper that covers the cone. He should of had a napkin around the cone like I was used to having it served to me previous visits. We had reserved a reception room at Marilyn's Cafe at the Tuscany Suits Hotel 7 months prior to wedding. We got to Hotel and found the reception room had been double booked due to one of the restaurants cooks being fired they said. The room double booked and they gave us a room that we had no choice in taking and it was upstairs and far away from restaurant. My wife, 3 year old son family and I visited this establishment and as a result of undercooked chicken ended up with food poisoning. It has lasted for over a week now and has some serious side effects including dehydration.
