Fat Boys sits on the corner of Alameda & Havana in Aurora Colorado. During the last 7 weeks this business has piled all the snow from their parking lot on the sidewalks and next to the traffic light. Because of a Windows anomaly my computer was put into a 'Recovery mode' and after many 'phone calls etc. I managed to get back on line but my antivirus would not download from my purchased disc. Went to new Long John Silver's Restaurant and bought take out meal. Girl taking order was nice, got to window to receive meal and they make us wait, (very few people there). The meal was sitting on counter for several minutes. When we got home, just a five minute ride, opened the box and fries were cold. They were thrown in the bottom with the fish on top. Fish was not cooked and when upon opening slaw container it appeared that someone had already eaten some of it. I have tried this service on 2 separate occasions, to make and receive video calls. The cost is $49.95 per year. My wife and I went to Cribs2Teens in Simi Valley, California to purchase $2,500 for 1 Italian made baby crib with converter to teen bed, a hutch, and a dresser. Capital EX Northlands 2006 held a 10 day gift show called Northwest Originals in the Sportex. Cost was just under $1000 to enter and was a nightmare throughout. Carrie Mellow the, coordinator, met each dilemma with "my hands are tied...." The first problem: lighting. So dim that it was hard to see into the booths. I went to Chilis in North Brunswick, NJ tonight for the first time and I was served my drinks with bugs, not once but TWICE. The manager came over to our table and apologized. Then for some reason he (Mat) explained why or how there might have been drinks in our bugs...as if that was relevant to us as the customer. For the second year in a row I bought Norton Internet Security and sent in the two rebates, both for $30. I received one rebate with no problem but as the year before received a post card stating that I had not sent all the information and was late in submitting. Knowing I meticulously followed detail in submitting the rebate, I wrote and asked them to send a copy of my envelope with mailing date and its contents. Of course I never heard from them again and feel that two times is a sure indication that (1) we are being scammed and (2) not to use them again. The commercial for this item on the menu is very offensive to women. As a female i feel as though it is not fair to say that by eating this burger it will make you more of a man. When I bought my new HD TV, I upgraded to the Premium HD Cable TV service from Comcast last year after having regular TV service with them for the previous 2 years. We had 9 people crammed into a table for 8 even though I had called 3 times to confirm that my table would be big enough. When we changed tables, the waiter gave me "a present for you"— a bottle of house wine which appeared on my bill! I figured I would write a more legitimate complaint than my last one about Blockbuster not having an adult video section in any of their stores. I thought that maybe with the takeover of Adelphia's system by Time Warner, that they would take care of the maintenance that was badly needed on the system.
