On Aug 27, 2006, I placed an order for a one year subscription to Runner Times, It is now Jan 13, 2007. I have tried calling the company several times to no avail. Every call is picked up by an answering machine where I am asked to state my name, phone number and order number, so someone from customer service can look into the problem and return my call. In October I ordered cable service including the road runner internet and e-mail service. The technicians never showed up when they were supposed to. When they finally did show up they did not have the right cable and I wasted a whole day that I took off from work. My credit card was charged for this, and I have yet to receive the promised Serial Number that would allow me to set this feature up. I was just at the Country Hound Cafe in Englewood,Fl where we had breakfast. The food was not very good we had a traditional breakfast eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits, coffee. My stepfather goes to the same McDonald's every morning to get breakfast for him and my mother and so we got him a gift card for Christmas. We bought it at the store in Hermitage and he goes to the one by I-440 and Nolensville Road. These gift cards have been advertised on TV and we assumed that he could use it at any location.
