This book is poorly written and researched. Any information is from the author's experience and may not be applicable to you. There are no footnotes or references of actual research. The poor grammar in the book makes it hard to read and understand in some places. There seems to have been no editor at all. It would be much better to buy a real book on nutrition, in my opinion.
