I purchased this oven on February 27, 2009 and picked it up from Lowe's on the next day. It was installed in my home in March 2009. Two days ago I baked a cake and it worked fine. Hi, I have purchased a Samsung AC along with other products from AC (32" LCD TV, a mobile phone and a refrigerator) in 2007. This was one of the worst ever investment or rather burning of money i have ever done. My AC was working well for an year and few months. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. I purchased the Healthmaster "blender" advertised by Montel Williams and after one month it began spitting out oil. Then this oil was getting into the container where you put the food. Home Depot Customer Service in Edgewood, MD and installed my windows and patio door. The contractor did the best job he could within limitations. The limitations were they ordered the wrong patio door left some of the wood exposed and now I have to wait ten more days to get the correct one! contracted w/them to install sod; the quality of the sod was horrible we wound up taking them to small claims court. It was obvious they had been there many times before as the guy sure sounded like an attorney - we are senior citizens with no experience in court. Unfortunately, the judge ruled against us as we were not prepared properly. Looking at the court records, this company has been sued many times before. I woke up to extremely loud hammering and drilling above my head at 7:30 in the morning on April 1st, 2010. I waited a half hour until the leasing office opened and called asking them what the noise was and they had explained how the tenants above me had recently moved out and they were putting in a new floor that would take a total 0f 2-3 days maximum. Overstock Deals.com is a rip off. First when ordering they tell you "free shipping". Well when you order your product (kitchen faucet), and it's not what you thought, try returning it. First the say call for a return fax label, then when you call the number is not available to take messages and the return website is down. After muliple days of calling I finally get someone who states, there is a restocking fee of 15% and you must now pay shipping charges. I have been trying to get my warranty issues resolved for a fogged door lite and peeling paint on two windows since early 2008. These units are not even two years old. No argument from the four weathersheild contacts i.e., local rep 2x/ dealer / regional sales director, about the problem but I can not get them to follow through and replace them. Contracted to do stair case replacement. They asked for 50% up front even though I paid for all materials. Written proposal to complete in 3-4 days, it ended up taking 6. Asked for "an advance" (more money) to "repair tools needed to complete job" and again to pay workers at another job. Posts and rails were not sanded down prior to applying stain.
