In the year 2008 i purchased a Sofa set from the aforesaid company with the cost of Rs.17600/-(On approx). During the time of Sale the shop executive gave "N" no. of promises regarding their service. By the time I would have paid restocking fee, the fee for shipping table to my home and return shipping I would have been left with around 200.00, They offered no compromise. Stearns & Foster matress set, Worth Avenue, paid almost $2K. This is a "FIRM" mattress and within a year and a half has turned into mush. Do not deal with this company. I have had nothing but trouble and floods since they installed a "watergrabber" in my basement. The last storm the pump failed to activate. When I called I had to wait for 6 hrs. for a return call while my basement filled with water. When I finally got a call back the "technician" told me I needed a different type of system. Staff at Seneca Bay apts are harassing me for payment of a water bill. I have explained to them that I have paid this to them but they are either pocketing the money or dont care. The laundry rooms are extremely dirty and they refuse to clean it. There is animal waste all over the floor. The Staff is very very rude and dont seem to care that they are. They seem to think that the tenants are not worth there time and that there personal phone calls are more important then finding where my payment are going. This is an awful place to live. I had bought a samsung AC 1.5 T from next showroom for around 25000. And since that day I have been repeateadly having problems with the product. The gas leaked just after using it for 1 year. And whenever I register my complaint with samsung it takes 3-4 days to get a call from engineer and around 5-6 to get my complaint resolved. Have had the reclining Ranger Loveseat for 1 year and 3 months. The reclinging mechanism for second time had broke. The papers that we read says that this part has a lifetime warranty. We did not have to pay to have the first one replaced but now we have to pay $20.00 for a new one because the second one did not last 6 months. I love my furniture but someone has lied to us so we are not sure just how satisfied we are. Less than 2 years and replacing for the second time. Very poor customer service in dealing with completing job. Garage cabinets still need to have repairs after 7 months of waiting. Epoxy garage flooring failed to adhere after 2 weeks. Still waiting for 7 months, and still not finished project. Owner will not return calls or return to finish job. Garage floor is a mess. I would never recomend this contractor to anyone. Their door-to-door reps just tell you lies all the time and once you give them your utility bill(s), they got you. Other than you have to pay higher rate on your utility bill, several things they will never tell you, and you will end up with pay extra $$$: 1. There will be a "provincial benifit" charge on your account, and that can to anywhere up to $100 per month. 2. They can charge you on your electricity bill for about 10% percent every billing circle. Be careful. Price is to good to be true. Workmanship suffers. They do not do what the say, cut corners. Damage house. No clean up. I did not see a measure tape come out once.
