I purchased a 2 yr. warranty last Aug. 2010 and didn't need service till 3 mo. later. The 1-877 # is not in service. The Famers Insurance is the worst. All my neighbors, surrounding my house or closed to my house, got new roofs for their houses paid by their insurances because the hails damages. But I don't get the new roof since I am with the Farmers Insurance. There were three roofing companies inspected my house, every one of them said my roof is damaged by hails and I need a new roof. I purchased a Kenmore ceramic stove in 2007 recently I have noticed that the element light will not shut off and my oven is not heating up like it should. I purchased from Sears because they were so highly rated with Consumer reports. My stove is only 5 years old and I am so disappointed that this has happened we are going to have to pay $129.00 for a service call that does not include any parts that we need. I feel that a stove only 5 years old should not be doing this, my old stove which was not Kenmore lasted over 15 years without any problems. In our house completed in 2000, the arch window over the front door has experienced severe seal failure. Since this is the result of defective manufacturing practices used during that time period, I feel that they should replace the glass to rectify the situation. I was told the transmission had to be replaced on my washer which is only a little over a year old. I bought the washer at Home Depot and took out the extra warrenty. I was told first the transmisstion would cost me $350.00 when I told them I had a 5 year warrenty on the machine they then told me the labor would be $350.00. The washer did not cost me that much. In Feb. 2009, I paid $9105 to have a bathroom tub to shower conversion done. Both the manager, Robert Garcia, and the contract stated "A-1 satisfaction guaranteed". I purchased a property from this developer in April 2007 it was due to be completed in April 2007 but it is now 2011 and the complex still hasn't been connected to the water mains?
