i first did the contract with a lady who worked there i told the lady that i get paid two times a month 15th and 30th she said she put my payments for 16th and 1st of the month my payment would be 175 the 16th and 30th, now they harrase my phone and my families phone every week saying my payment is past due i need to pay more money, i was told that the girl who did my papers no longer work there cause she messed up on paper work, i told them to pick up the dinning room set i am tired of this shit i want nothing to do with these people again, you are rued and dissrespectfull i hope you go out of buisness because you are shit people . read full review »

I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. They have promised to have their accounting department get back with me when I have called and have ignored certified letters they have received (one sent by my attorney). I bought a used mower 2 years ago with a warran. I took it to be worked on for the 2nd time since I got it, both times during mowing season. I took it in this time in March and I still have not got it back. Purchased a Maytag QL 200 Quiet Series in Oct of 2009, Have replaced the control panel twice and it is broken again. Maytag won't
even consider replacing the part. I purchased an L24WG165X1P-24V WORX GT TRIMMERon June 30, 2010. I have used it for about a total of 30 minutes. The battery will not stay charged. It works for about 5 minutes, then needs recharging. I purchased a 6000.00 bed and after the delivery i was very disappointed with the odor and the construction . There were pieces of the bed missing. I have to add my complaints regarding the Husky 1800 psi power washer. My wife bought it for me at Home Depot about 3-4 years ago. It worked about 5 times before the wand began leaking like crazy! This is obviously a manufacturers defect. I am amazed Husky & HD still sell these. I wish I had referenced this website before she bought it, I would have returned it immediately. I purchased a livving room suit from conn's in Jan. 2011. I called in Feb to let them know that their were defects with their product on the sofa and the love seat. On the sofa one end of the from is just hanging loose. On the love seat the recliner will not stay down it pops up all the time. On 2nd October 2010 I ordered and paid for a Colway Computer Workstation. So far despite numerous e-mails and messages left on the website for Qualitypinefurnitureuk.co.uk I have not received either my workstation or a refund.
I was informed that they had received the workstation but could not send it out as it was damaged and would refund my £55.00.

I had the weirdest conversation of my life with their salesman over the phone. This thin voiced, arrogant man called me and asked for the price of one of our products that we sell. Bought furniture, 5 months later the recliner broke. Called service as it was to be a lifetime guarantee. They said they would call back to schedule an appointment. Never called back. I called to schedule an appointment. They said chair was sold as is and had no warranty. The salesman said that the chair was the last they had and there was a warranty. OK I'll get the chair fixed, but I'll never go to Kanes again. I should have read the reviews first. This seems to be the way they operate. After purchase and prepayment over the internet I was notified by email that I should not accept the shipped order until I had opened and inspected for internal damage. They said refusal of delivery was the only return they would accept. The trouble was it was sent by UPS ground and the carrier stated UPS does not allow rejection of a parcel AFTER it is opened. Bought product online first of august last year. I used it a few times before the season was over, and stored it indoors, following all precautions to avoid killing the batteries. Come spring, one battery wouldn't chage at all, called and getting another one sent to me via warranty. In the meantime, it's well past the date they said they'd have it out to me by, and now the other battery takes a crap on me. WTF? This is a LITIUM ION battery. Over two months ago my range failed and started producing an alarm sound continuously and I had to shut off the circuit breaker to stop it. This contractor is responsive before you sign the contract. Once you do, however, he does not do the work when promised, doesn't answer calls if he recognizes your number. When you do trick him into answering your call (call from unknown number) he lies about when he will show up, and then doesn't anyway. Do not use this contractor. read full review »
