They did some maintenance on the property's main water supply to over 50 residential units. They broke the on/off switch at about 3pm, leaving us without water. They had time to get the replacement part, but instead, after contacting their boss, they delivered 1.5 litres of bottled water to us and the other owners and decided to knock off on time. Williams HVAC and David Williams can not be trusted with money. Williams damaged the interior wall and doors jambs inside my residences and promised to pay for it. Since he had no bank account and no driver's license, he could not cash a check from the escrow company that was paid to him for the work. Though David promised to pay $200 for the damages, he said he could not pay because he lived with his mother and he owed her for living in her home. Had Aarvark Air clean my airducts in our home, they totally scammed me, two weeks after the 800 dollar job we had to have furnace work done and the duct work was filty, they didn't clean anything. American Home Shield sent ARS to my home to repair leaky toilets in June and July 2010. I have discovered ARS never properly repaired the leaks and I have no warranty. I purchased my 2 story home in 09/2009. It came with a 1 yr warranty. In June/2010 I noticed a stain in the ceiling of my laundry room and in the garage. I contacted AHS. Rooms Unlimited in Medford, NY misleads customers and makes promises they will not keep when it comes to delivering furniture. We were told the livingroom set we ordered would be in within 8-12 weeks. After 15 weeks we were still without the furniture and nobody could tell us why it was late or when it would be in. When telephoned for replacement of Bharat gas cylinder, The official in Agency insisted that new pipe/tube connecting cylinder and stove have to be purchased from agency in person, submitting many documents. Otherwise gas cylinder cannot be supplied to home. When informed our tube is new and also we have a spare new one at home, they said they cannot give, gas till we purchase new one from their office. Part 1 I may not have had it as bad as some. I purchased a 6 piece bedroom set from Leons in hamilton on January 24. I received the items by delivery from their burlington store. My 1/2 night tables, the wooden leg split in two had been stapled to hold in place. Next the dresser was warped in the back so installing the mirror was impossible becuase the bolts would not make the distance to the threads. Purchased a LG Washer on December 13, 2009. In February 2010, Sears sent a technician to replace a recall part and broke our washer. They came back three times to replace parts and could never fix the unit.
