I Keith J.Robertson moved in to the apartment on april 17, 2010. First night in the apartment, contractors were up stairs fixing a pipe in another apartment upstairs. The upper window latch is made of plastic and 18 of 26 plastic latches (13 windows total)in my home (built 1997 Olathe, KS) have cracks down the middle thru the screw holes. I purchased a new furnace on 10/29/10 and on 11/2/10 I woke up to a cold house because the New furnace stopped working. It was about 4:30AM and the outside temperature was around 30 degrees. Several months ago I purchased a glass-topped desk from Ikea for our daughter. I later found that the desk was too large for the space. We paid more than 50% of the cost till date, strictly to the payment scgedule, until the company asked us to hold the payment. I was ripped off by John Moore. They charged $807 to replace a 15 ft PVC pipe. It was an emergency but afterwards I got 5-6 bids on the job andwas told it should not have cost more than $200. THey charged $599 for a 15 ft piece of PVC pipe that would have cost less than $15. I have tried talking to them but they just blow me off. There is abnormal delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency (of atleast 30 days or more). When one follows up, they say that they did not receive the order at all. They don't give us bills even when we ask for it and charge us more than what is the bill rate. "Good enough" type work. Left groomed gravel area with dirt from excavation. Pavers not secured or compacted properly at edges so cars are pushing pavers into the ground. They did not adjust pavers to fit roll up door closure leaving gap exposing inside to weather, critters, or leaves to blow under the door. They caused flooding on the opposite side during rains.
