We have hired this company to provide services at our condominium. We have accepted the prices as they looked very professional in the beginning. The tech gave me the price for a new hot water heater and said that I also had to have an expansion tank installed because it was a government code and required. It was an extra $220. They came to "repair" an electrical malfunction in my 18 month old JENN AIR convection oven today. about a month ago it caught on fire and JIM came out to "look" and then proceeded to order "parts". I recently called the Board of Public Utilities to report fraud on a third party company but instead encountered a rude, poorly educated person who couldnt handle the complaint. As I was in the process of explaining my issue with this company that posed as pseg he became inpatient, raised his voice and ultimately hung up. The plumber (Enrique Jr.) came over to do some repairs to a leaky pipe. The work was completed, unfortunately, 3 days later, the leak sprung up again, this time even worse than before. Terrible Customer Service- AE Appliance repair was sent by HH Gregg to fix my washing machine. They got to my house and realized that my washing machine was 3 days over the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Of course I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty but they still wouldn't fix it. The repairman told me that it would only take about 10 minutes to fix what was wrong but I would have to call and set up another appointment with them to come back out. It took 10 minutes to put in a TUVL-100 light in our air conditioner and the bulb, on line sells for $72.00, and they charged $175.00. If this is not gouging what is. Nice to overcharge seniors! I called ARS Rescue Rooter for to service my furnace. The operator placed me on hold, came back on the line, and informed me that the furnace check-up fee of $79.99 special would be extended to me. The tech came out the next day and looked at the furnace, rubbed some soot on to his finger, and then informed me that my furnance was old and dangerous and that I would need a new furnance and that they could finance it -all within two minutes! I always had to follow up with them and ask them what was happening with the bond application etc. Then they changed their cell phone numbers without informing me which is unacceptable. Sleep Number Beds: I love my CA King bed but you should try to improve your sheets! I purchased 2 sets; the set I hate is the 310 thread count because they WRINKLE SO BADLY. Have you thought about partnering with a company like The Company Store to produce your sheets? They are in the business of selling a wonderful selection of high thread count sheets.
