I tried to order the Pasta Boat online. I ordered what I thought I wanted and then went to proceed to checkout. At that point, it asked if I wanted to upgrade to the DELUXE version. I purchased a Kitchenaid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer in 2007. A few weeks ago the beater shaft housing separated from the main part of the unit and fell into a bowl of cake batter I was mixing. My son lives in Alpine Texas, his neighbor apparently did not pay his electric bill, WTU cut off my sons meter instead of the one they were suppose to. My son has a baby on the way, and two other small children. When he called and they admitted thier mistake WTU told my son that it would take 24 hours to turn his electric back on. That it did not constitute an emergency to come out and turn his back on. But the neighbor that did not pay his bill still had his electric on. The technician came out to repair our central air conditioner, told us that we just needed more freon without checking for the source of the leak beforehand. He went ahead and pumped 5 lbs of expensive R410 freon into our system and said call if it leaks out again. We did ask him where the freon was leaking from and he said he wasn't sure but it would be a real hassel to check because he'd have to check both the inside and outside units. This company installed our brand new air conditionor wrong making the compressor go out prematurely, it lasted only 3 summers. They refuse to stand behind their work past the 2 year warranty, which is not even long enough considering the cost of air conditioning repair. Our bathroom sink and utility sink, in the basement, were both over flowing whenever the washing machine in the basement, or the shower on the second floor, was being used. I had Duct Doctors in The Colony, Texas come to my house in January, 2010. They promised a substantial savings in my electric bill by adding insulation and also recommended duct cleaning. I had both done. Their incompetence has caused About $20, 000.00 in damage to my house and heating/a/c systems. Aug. 18, 2009 this statement was sent to Teco. The high electric bills received for services Feb. 2009 to March 2009 is unwarranted and incorrect. City power cut my electricity without any notice. Post office delayed my account and although this is not an excuse, not all of us have time chasing up on accounts.
