We stood by the "wait 2 be seated sign" watching wait staff and the mgr on duty pass us several times, ignoring us. Finally an employee who was obviously on break, sat us. I was shopping in SM hypermarket 6pm - my usual grocery purchase is P9, 000 - when it was my turn to pay in the counter the cashier told me that I have to pay P3 per plastic bag. I was surprised because there was no poster nor radio spiel about the additional charge. So I left my groceries because I felt cheated. I recently purchased a 1.18 carat solitaire from Jared and it was sold as an IGI- E SI1. I've taken it to three jewelers trying to sell it only to find out it should have NEVER been graded as an SI1 because the inclusion is clearly visible. I took a valuable serigraph to Allegro Arts & Custom Framing in West Reading, Pa. to have it framed. When the art was returned, the serigraph had been damaged. Allegro said the damage could not be repaired, and took no responsibility, saying the damage must have been there before the art work was left with them. That is not the case. The piece had just been purchased from a dealer was in mint condition. The art was packaged during transport to the frame shop, and no damage was noted when choosing the matting and frame. My wife bought the SpecialK berry flavour, and I opened the box, there were no berries. they had obviously put the wrong product was in the box (plain flavour). I emailed them, and within a day 'Harold Harris' replied, apologising and asking for more information (bar code, manufacturing date etc). I forwarded all of this to him, and since then, not a peep from them. I have since then followed up with 2 emails, asking what will happen next... it is now a month later and still no reply. I purchased a box of Kraft Foods Reduced Fat Wheat Thins on September 15, 2010 at Kroger Food Store in Dawsonville, Georgia. I had an appointment with one of your stylists today at 1 pm. What I explained to her and what I got for the money I paid ( R 345.00 cut and blow dry ) are 2 different things.
