The Uggs were being sent from China, but the tracking never got past reporting the boots were being prepared for shipment. This company is a scam! I am a Canadian artist who had been asked to participate in my first group exhibit in NYC. I had packaged 3 paintings and put them in mirror boxes labelled fragile, and sent them off with excitement.
