I got the bait and switch routine from Aetna. They got me to sign on with them by offering me a high deductable insurance plan for $190 a month. The deductable is $3000. When I called the company, I was told that it was a computer glitch and that my credit card would be creditied the $79.00 charge. So far, no credit and today I received coffee in the mail. I ordered acai berry online in oct 2009 for 5.99 for a free 15 day trial. it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive. I used it for nearly 2 weeks and didn't loose a pound from it. I noticed 24.99 was charged on my cc, so I called to cancel the product and inquire about the 24.99 charge from grapevine mass. They said it was for live lean which is their website to loose weight.
