In May of this year I ordered a free trial for acai berry only pay shipping and handling. The invoice on the website even showed the total as $5.95. When I checked my account they were billing me $82.31 I called and asked him to cancel my order. He tried to give me a discount I said not cancel the order. I had 2 crowns done at Memorial Dentists. The first, I was having sensitivity and it was suggested I needed a root canal. The first root canal specialist I went to just wanted the money for the service but took x-ray of my tooth and told me that there was a gap between my tooth and the crown Memorial Dentist put on! on July 9th I replied to a 15 day trial offer for $.99, which I never received. On July 20th I received a package assuming it was my trial offer. I happened to be on line looking at my bank account and not only did the charge me the $.99 on July 9th but they charged me $82.31 on July 20th!! Trying to cancel a membership with Gold's Gym (or the parent company ABC Financial) is a chore at best. The practice of allowing you to get a membership for a year paid up front then they threw on an extra 6 months. WOW, what a great deal... Until you try to quit. Parents are paying premium on time and being charged for a month of no-coverage. Payment due one month in advance. Paid on June 30 & was told (by Kidcare) my son was covered for July with Medikids (Kids under 5) According to Medikids he is not covered until August and I should not owe an extra payment for July. Ordered a golf club on July 4th, paid for a flat delivery fee, all by credit card, received credit card bill, it stated that there was an exchange rate and product was coming from Beijing. Conexis is the most disorganized and unethical company I have ever worked with. Because my former employer contracted with Conexis to administer Cobra benefits I have had to go through hell for the last five months.
