They prey on women who get gifts, not knowing the value of these gifts, so they can screw them on payment for much less than its worth. I sent in a gold ring with diamonds and a half carat saphire, a ring I paid $250 for. They offered me $30 for it. They claim they pay high value for rings, but on the print out sheet that detailed my payment, they said they pay $0 for colored stones and $0 for small diamonds. The web site and print advertisement also stated that the free trial included everything needed to try the product including 4 cartridges, the equivalent to 6 packs of smokes. I called the 1-800-440-4397 number to cancel my account because the product had an adverse effect on me. I called within the 10 day period numerous times but never was able to speak to anyone. april 2009 i ordered a sample of this product off yahoo--$2.99. I had a condition known as Rhinophima (sp) in otherwords a bulbus nose. Dr. Burres took too much skin off leaving me with almost no nose. I complained and he tried on 3 occasions to fix the problem. Todate I now have trouble breathing as there is no cartiledge left to hold my nostrils up, they collapse. I now have nose hair growning on top of my nose and the nostils are very uneven. I was hurt and had to take off work for almost 2 years off and on and cigna insurance has not paid me a dime while I was off. I purchased a Hot tub from Cal Spas of Minnesota on 10-4-04 and it got delivered on 10-16-04. After I had received the tub it always had water in the back left corner.
