I had a mini facelift with Dr. S. Younai who did a very poor job. My left eye closes when I sneeze or cough. I ordered this product and I was told that I would be charged $54.98 ($50 for the product and $4.98 for shipping). I was told to send in a rebate form for a $50 rebate; thus, I would only have to pay for shipping. Saree was sent without finishing (Pico and Fall not done) even though we had paid for that service. Resolution provided was to get it done ourselves and request refund. Unfortunately such service is not available in the town where the person lives.
