My situation with Jim Rosens’ Fitness Warehouse group was a nightmare. I purchased a BF630 treadmill from them on October the 6th of last year. I believe that this company is definitely a scam. The website is not clear. We purchased two (2) Medicus 460CC Dual-Hinge Drivers thinking that the price was $39.95 per club and no shipping charges. I was admitted to the emergency room overnight, misdiagnosed, and released in worse condition then when I arrived. The doctors Stuck needles in my spine, put dye in my blood to run a cat scan, and gave me blood. All of these services were not nessecary and very invasive. When I entered information I was billed $5.00 and could not exit except by accepting original $1.95 shipping offer. pure nutrients are a rip off company. They claim to give you a free 14 day trial, which starts from the order date that is on your order # slip. Then when you call the # they provided to say you are unhappy with the product before the trial day is up. I have worked for several HMOs, but it was not until I worked at a hospital and got MVP coverage that I found something to dislike about managed care. MVP is, frankly, the worst run health plan I have ever encountered. Their customer service reps are pretty bad. I fell for their host's speal about top gem color only to find out from my local GIA that they were only considered Good in color and what I paid for them was what I could have purchased them for anywhere!
