Company say they are seling Uggs...but I ordered a pair and they are soooo fake! I tried to contact them for return shipping address - no response! There is no contact phone number. Service was slow and grudging. Tthe 'single' burger was dry, with grease visibly congealed. Fries were inedible, the grease, no longer oil, was nasty. My husband had to wait 5 minutes while they figured out that he didn't have his sandwich. I was directed to the AcaiPure website from a blog (www.sarablogger.com). At the AcaiPure webiste a free trial offer of AcaiPure was advertised. You had to pay $4.95 for shipping. I signed up, the package arrived with no packing slip or instructions on returning or canceling your membership. I went back on the AcaiPure site and from the Terms and Conditions learned how to cancel my membership and return the unused portion of the product. I purchased a hot air balloon ride through 1800SkyRide on October 9, 2006 for my wife's birthday on October 17, 2006. We found out about a high-risk pregnancy on October 16 and were not allowed to use the serve per doctor's order. We called the business and requested a refund. They said that they wouldn't give us a refund, but instead, a gift certificate for use within 2 years (10-9-2008). Most of the claims I submit to Wage Works is denied for supporting documentation. These bills were for a Radiology Dept, Radiologist, ER room, ER Physician and an eye doctor. My insurance company sent me duplicate EOB's which I submitted to Wage Works. They state 1. that they did not receive all EOB's (eventhough I faxed together with my claim form) 2. Ordered a 30 day supply of Phentremine to "try" "FREE" pay shipping only of 5.95. ed the website and the shipping invoice that cam ewith the product because I was concerned that some sort of auto shipping may be attached. I did not see any indication that auto shipping would occur. Was not able to contact these people directly. Tried 866-442-2966 but it does not exist now. Tried 866-938-4832 and got some answering service that said they could cancel an order but I was not to sure they would really do it. Saw a different number on the charge to my master card. This company claims to prepare MBA graduates for internships with private equity firms. Unfortunately, the coursework fall short of teaching anything useful. The information provided does not give any insight into the industry. The claim that the students will get an internship is also a joke as the only internship available is with Mathew Murray's private equity stock exchange web firm. You will not spend anytime valuating investments instead you will spend time debugging the website. They take advantage of people who really want to enter the industry. Don't waste your money. I ordered a "free" one month trial supply of the product colon cleanse. A withdrawal of $5.95 was withdrawn at the time of purchase from my checking account. Nothing else was signed at the time of this purchase. On 12/8/08, an unlawful withdrawal of $78.84 was made from my account. I am so ashamed that I fell for this and I hope others are warned so that they may be aware of the deception of this company. One thing I do credit them with is responding and having a valid address to voice complaints even though they are not able to readily correct things and they cause a lot of worry and hassle until it gets resolved. I too have been charged $89.31 on my credit card. Thank you all for pointing this out on this board. I will try the numbers mentioned in other (multiple) complaints to see if I can be refunded. I only signed up for the "free" trial offer and am now going to be charged on a monthly basis? This is ridiculous. I cannot believe I fell into this because I wanted to try somthing "healthy". If all else fails, I will cancel my current Visa card and get a replacement in the hopes that this does not happen again. My 13 year old son was eating a Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip cookie and started chewing glass. I heard it from across the table and asked if he broke a tooth? He said no. I am sick of the disreguard that the VA has for it's patients. I have elected to use the VA only because I had to swallow my pride becuase I couldn't afford to go to the private sector to obtain medical attention. Major scam. I ordered "free trials" of both products for amount of shipping fee and was subsequently charged $38.95 and $39.95 and unknowingly became a club member. Representative said verbiage was clear and simple in the terms and conditions (which obviously nobody reads). Was in the store which i frequent quite often despite the higher prices. Had a 19 dollar bottle of hairspray and a couple other products in my hand. I was trying to return it through the online store and was denied four times. they said if it is past 90 days it can't be done. the thing is when I ordered it I recieved it 2 months later and UPS delivered it and stated that it was delivered 2 weeks after the purchase. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I cancelled the auto ship over the phone back in October and I am still being charged and receiving unwanted product. I called again to try to set this matter straight and very conveniently, the caracol support staff can't find my account information in their system to stop the unwanted shippments, but some how they have no problems charging my credit card; they didn't loose "that" particular information.
