I was sold health insurance by this company and advised there were no pre-existing clauses and that I would have no out of pocket expense UP to $20, 000/yr. Curves is a complete rip off. I was promised that curves would be enough of a workout for me because of their new "Curves Smart" program that stepped up the workout. I have been on that program for 5 months and have seen no results. Half the time the system is down and does not work, even when it does it is a joke. When you call the number they direct you to the website www.wonderfulnanny.com They charge a $10 application fee. I received a bill from a dental cleaning for my daugther around 6/08 for services rendered on 8/26/07. My dental insurance would have covered the bill completely but the dentist office failed to submit the bill until just a few months ago and my insurance company said it was sent in too late and they will not pay. Recently I had occasion to come to the Center gym on a Thursday night and have a discouraging incident occur at the front desk.
