Hello, I had eatin at your southkeys Walmart location on Saturday June 07 2008 at around 11:30am, I had the ranch snack wrap by 2:30am I was sicker than I have ever been. I just got back from the doctors and have been diagnosed with samanella poisoning. I know it was caused by this store because it was the ONLY thing I had eatin all day. I am a regular shopper at the Safeway on the westside of Bend, Oregon. After shopping I often buy a cup of coffee from Starbucks and sit in the lounge area for awhile. Unfortunately, Safeway has one employee who's choice of perfume is so overwhelming, you can smell her coming. I have many friends that have mentioned this person. This company is such a scam. I ordered an 'original' bottle of stacker 2 with ephedra that was promised on their site to be original... when i got the bottle the pills smelled and looked odd... so i contacted the makers of stacker and gave them the info from the bottle and they told me they were fake and that stacker hadn't been produced for the last 4 years!!! I went to Margate KFC to try the new AVO and FETA Twisters and before ordering I asked the server if the AVO was fresh AVO or if it was processed AVO she said no it was the fresh AVO! My experience with Boston Medical Group left me with a feeling of being duped. Other talk about a "used car type" of sales pitch, and I can't agree more. Things that you need to know before going to BMG...They only have one form of treatment for everyone and it involves injecting an expensive drug into your winkie. You must do this many times and the drugs are quite expensive. Your insurance will not cover these meds. Personally, I was not impressed with the results, but it sounds like some of the other people on this website were. There is a woman in the communications department at Intralinks named Julie Mandelbaum who is just nasty and negative to anyone and everyone who comes into contact with her. She constantly complains, never praises and blames others for things that are not their faults. She's condescending and horrible. Don't ever work near her. How she found someone to marry her, I'll never know. The other people at Intralinks are just plain weird... I took my diamond ring in for a remounting. I was charges $700.00 dollars for setting 7 small diamonds in a white gold 14k band. I feel, and I am sure I speak for many that it is far too much coverage and that other programs are just taken off the air to make room for all this football. Be careful if this company recruit you to be one of their employees. Typically they like to get someone outside from the private sector, and take all you get, they will make you to do all the work for less than 6 months, then will find some way to get rid of you. May 31st. 2008, I called WALMART PHARMACY, located in woodbridge, VA, to fax a refill request to my doctor so that she could authorize a refill and change the quantity of the medicine. 3 days later, June 4th, I called the pharmacy to see if the medicine was ready so that I could stop by and pick it up, but nothing was done. Al from SMYRNAMOTORSPORTS assured me that I could register this ATV before I bought it. Two months have gone by with numerous calls to the manufacturer and a few calls to SMYRNAMOTORSPORTS I have got nowhere. The Hensim 250cc is missing a federal cert label and the verifier at the DMV cannot green sticker it at all. Nobody I talk to understands what label I'm talking about. On the 5/24/08 I bought some trainers from the Adidas store on Nanjing Lu in Shanghai, China (see attached receipt for information). I have had endless problems with United Healthcare over the past year. They have dropped me from the plan and claimed computer problems. It took 3 months to fix that and get a new card with my name on it. They told my chiropractic office that I didn't have chiropractic coverage twice! I called and they confirmed that I did have coverage. I have filed claims that are still unpaid. Lastly, I just had surgery and they are only covering about half of the physical therapy sessions that are needed for recovery. This energy drink is the worst no shelve life what so ever just 30 days? How could this be possible? I recently bought a few Cranberry and Lima and just chucked them in the trash. Placed an order and never received it. Ordered online May 7, 2008 and they sent an email on May 18 with a tracking number for USPS. The tracking number shows no information that it was actually picked up. It's now June and I still haven't received anything. Wrote them an email in May, they never replied. 6-5-2008 I ordered a FREE sample of the Silkies Enrich product, which I did receive. I have now received an invoice for more product that I never ordered and never received. The invoice is for $19.94. I've asked them to please cancel my account now and clear their billing system of any bills they think I owe. I never ordered any product that would be a billed item. I signed up at a local Anytime Fitness in Denver Colorado on May 6, 2008 and was only able to work out for 2 weeks. On May 29, 2008 the owner (Glenn Alvarez) packed up and left town. They even waited to cash my check until the day after they left and now I am out of luck! The course is a 7 weeks for a Medical Receptionist. The instructor's capability and knowledge is out of date to what is happening in the medical field.A very argumentative and condescending instructor is what we got in our class. Just a note, she will try to make you do your practicum to one of her Doctor friend and will try to get you a job there for less money. I think she gets a cut on that. I would never recommend this program to anyone. I should have gone to SAINT. For all you students out there who experience the same thing... join my blog. This product is such a freaking waste. The bottoms would have fit my five year old and the top I got was way too big. I did send it back for a smaller size and when that came it was way too small. So now I know I am already screwed out of my shipping charges but I have been trying to contact them on the phone now for a week. This whole set up is a joke, don't waste your time and effort. I purchased a black suit (pants and jacket) for work 7 weeks ago. Wore it for a week or two and took it to Troy Cleaners to get a dry clean. They did a good job for a decent price, so i brought the suit back 2 weeks later for another dry cleaning.
