I ordered WuYi tea off the internet at the end of Jan. They had said it was refundable if not satisfied. When it arrived there was no billing information. No address in which to return the product. When trying to call the number they had given it is a recording. I was billed 6.95 for the first shipment. Then some bill of 19.95 from Living Lean Las Vegas appeared on my card. I was billed again for 37.00. Today 3-7-08 I was billed for 59.95. I had talked to someone on the live chat and canceled my order a day after I placed it and they assured me it would be canceled. I signed with Premier Fitness in Huber Heights, Ohio on 3-21-04. Due to back injuries I was forced to put a freeze on my membership on 8-11-04. I had went in on that date 8-11-04 to speak with the manager she is the one in which explained on how to place the freeze and how it works. I purchased the above four products from Sally beauty supply with the help of a sells associate. The sells associate guaranteed the product would work ok with my curly hair. My hair became a solid ball, tangled, in the middle of the washing process. I dried my hair and tried every thing possible to undo the solid like formation with no luck. I am an current employee at sonic drive in and i am having trouble with some one using my employee number to make employee tickets and they have racked my bill up to $160.00 and i have made a complaint about it but unfortunately i have no proof that it was not me the thing is though you have to sign the receipts. Two golf reservations for 2 people were placed with San Diego Golf Reservations (858-456-8300) on February 19 at a charge of $198 for each reservation. The tee times were scheduled for March 25 and March 27. Subsequently we saw on the internet that "senior rates" were available - something that was not mentioned by San Diego Golf. I too fell for the $3.95 shipping only offer for the green tea diet pills. I received the bottle with 10 capsules with no info whatsoever in the envelope and no return address. 10 days after my initial trial offer, I was charged $79.99 on my card. The telephone number 866-289-8740 (attached to the transaction info, it told me to refer to the website I purchased my product. When I went to the website, it was only an order form. No contact info, no NOTHING! IT IS A SCAM.

I recently received a bill stating that I purchased an "Insider Pass" for 14.95 from an online purchase, under an odd 877-498-7283 number. When I looked up what the number was it was a hidden charge fee for "free shipping" from Newport-News.com. I think this is completely absurd because first of all I never got any Free Shipping whatsoever. And even if I did-they actually "secretly" charge you for it.

I have found over 30 other people who have experienced this same thing. I know there are thousands of people being tricked by these sites. They purposely shipped late to make the "30 day" period expired before I could return unused portion. I joined VirginActive in NOv 07. Paid the monthly fee plus joining fee (£90) staff were so busy they didn't have time to give me an induction to the equipment. Within 3 days of using the gym I injured my knee severely. I informed the gym straight away and sent a letter that stated I would be unable to use the gym until further notice. I purchased a pair of worn shoes at this shoe store. I went back and asked for a refund, deciding not to keep the shoes and was told that the shoes were worn and they would not take them back. I DID NOT WEAR THESE SHOES. Apparently someone else bought the shoes, wore them, and returned them. The sales associated was suppose to check this out. Since I'm not in the habit of looking at the soles of new shoes, they had previously been worn and returned. I would like a refund. I plan never to do business with this company every again. When he saw the before/after photos, he said, "You looked much better before", and he told me that doctor had removed fat from parts that he shouldn't have. I am very offended that Burger King stoops to criticizing other food chains in the hopes of improving their sales. The most recent commercial that I have seen is downgrading Wendy's. Is that really necessary? Burger King has great food products (my favorite fast food restaurant)! Why do you feel that it would be beneficial to degrade another food chain in order to increase your food sales? NOT NECESSARY.
