I purchased a clip-on hair extension from Beauty Plaza for $99.99 on 12/15/07. The receipt I was issued says that returns will be given store credit. When I attempt to return the product on 12/26/07 taking the un-opened package, I was told to read a small sign at the register saying in tiny print that all sales were final on 4 types of products. One of the listed products was hair products. I was thus refused store credit. I have tried Casting Creme Gloss Butterscotch twice. Does not cover grey at all and once the color did not change at all. Pain Consultants of Atlanta turned a $399.21 bill over to collections despite the fact that I wrote co-pay only on the financial agreement with the doctors and repeatedly told them this fact. These fees supposely for hospital charges when having epidural injections. I paid over $700 for frameless eyeglasses. Both lenses cracked at the screw near the nose rest, at just over 3 month after purchase. Glasses were used and cleaned very carefully, never dropped or bent, and worn all day. I purchased the glasses at Glen's Eye Care in Manalapan, NJ. I was not told the glasses have a 3 month guaranty. I am currently (but soon not to be) a customer of UniCare. My insurance rate was $161 per year. On November 1, my rate rose to $225. On January 1, it goes up to $264. My deductible is $2,500. I have bare-bones insurance. I only go to the doctor once or twice a year for minor ailments. That is a rate increase in two months of 64%. The company cashed my credit card payment immediately, before leaving me stranded without my order for over 3 1/2 weeks now. This is a horrible business do not go there. Management (which is in another building) has no idea how to solve problems in their urgent care center. The patients are paying for it with their health. I went for x-rays (actual date I do not remember) it took several days to get final results that there was no fracture. I ordered three free trials for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I was billed for the trials, but then billed again in November for 3 shipments at $89.97 that we never received. Some one in your company thought that if you use romane or broud leaf lettuce the people would like it better than Iceburg lettuce, wrong and stupid.
