I bought several treatments of vela shape and the equipment was always malfunctioning, the technicians don't have the training. I paid $600 for a custom lace wig. When the unit came it was terribly thin, had masive bald spots and resembled a store bought wig for $30. When I called Pink Lace Wigs there was no one from management to speak to directly as they only reply every 48hrs by email. This product contains propylene glycol, which is also called "anti-freeze". There has not been enough human studies that document whether long-term use of this chemical in either of its forms, or any of its associated products can cause cancer, or other health-related problems. I ordered a pendant for my wife for Christmas and paid an extra £20 for a thicker chain. The web site shows their address as being in the UK so I trusted it. The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. He convinced me they offer job coaching, so on, so on - and took about $800 for their services.
