I have no clue if I am in the right area for this complaint or not, but I am so disgusted!! My husband and I are in our early 70s and enjoy a Burger King (Whopper) we usually go thru the drive thru, but the lines were too long and were in a hurry, so we went in. The site on Grand River is not Customer Service friendly at all. The on Site Consultant will not give you all your options, instead he will tell you crazy stories about what has happened at the different storage facilities. I have recieved at least 10 calls from Stuart Allan & Associates. On two occasions I have called the number left on my phone voice mail and was told I am not the person they are asking for, which I knew, as I have no outstanding payments with anyone and the name of the person they are asking for is no one I know. This company rarely, if ever returns phone calls and/or emails. I closed my account & paid it off in full over 5 months ago. Despite this, the company has kept my account active and has charged me for two service calls (mowing/weedeating) which were never made. When i realized my trial turned into a $78.95 product, I called to cancel it. I got it cancelled but they had sent out another one and charged me $82.90. I got a return authorization # and sent them back both products. On 1/30/10 I purchaed a 3 day full access trial e-book download from download-gate.com for $1.65 with no further commitment. was invoiced twice what I was quoted. Was told $105/hour - 2 men and estimated 5 - 6 hours which should of been $630, but was invoiced $1, 365. It took them 3 1/2 hours to load my belongings into the van. So I think I was over billed. My sister and I entered the supermarket on Sunday the 31st of January and i was looking at the school stuff while my sister Jodie went to their liquor Department to get served. The attendant scanned the 4pack of cans and then recieved a phone call from his boss John who told him to refuse service to me and my sister. He offered no explanation to the attendant who seemed very embarressed to have to ask us to leave. We were not rude or abusive and felt very humiliated. I have few complaints about this company. Kyle Duncan cannot be trusted. He never answers straight, and often changes the subject. His company is running a scam lead generation service. They cant look up bankruptcy data like they state and any leads they generate are useless. The people they found were not looking for help with their debt. Just recently the taste of Marlboro Lights 100's has left a minty like taste on the roof of my mouth. I purchase my smokes by the carton and the last 2 cartons have left this "taste" in my mouth. I receive harrassing calls 4-6 times a day. When i left Bankers life and casualty I had many pending cases to go through. And another life insurance agent of Banker life went out to rewrite my policy's. I have recieved many calls from my clients complaining about being rewritten. Now i am recieving calls from Stuart Allen and Associates for me to pay back thousands of dollars to Bankers Life. they will not get any amount of money out of my pocket! I have never worked with a company as bad as this, they never keep their word. Never return calls break verbal agreement and think that its OK to behave in the manner. I bought into this only to find it does not deliver. I am trying to get my money back to no avail - What can I do to get out of this contract. I have tried their reservation line 5 times - no return calls. The website does not work like it should. Also I find booking on-line will save much more money than booking with them which I have explained to them in a letter but they are not listening to me. We bought 2 carpet cleaning machines from Rotovac, one was the Rotovac 360 and Mytee on the first day of use the Rotovac 360 broke down, then 5 more times afterwards. The Mytee has also broken down twice, with no help in repairing these machines. We were told it was our problem and they wouldn't do anything to help us.
