Recently my computer crashed and I lost everything including my Nortons Antivirus 2008. My computer went into recovery in default factory settings with the original Norton that it came with. I was able to download the update but it is only on a 15 day trial. I purchased the Antivirus online on the 07 April 2008 via my Visa card paying AUD$49.99. Avoid Artesian Spas at all costs. I purchased a 2004 top of the line Piper Glenn. Its product is average to say the least. Aside from a main control panel malfunctioning twice, a pump going out and all the plastic control knobs discolouring but the warranty is worthless and the company customer service department is deplorable and abusive to the consumer. I went home (journey was from Mysore to Ernakulum) this weekend in Rajahamsa Executive bus. To my utter horror there was lot of bed bugs in the seat and I couldn’t sleep a bit from their severe attack’s. As I am allergic to bed bug bites I had to resort to buying antibiotics to cure the rashes and swelling. It’s really pathetic that we have to pay huge sums of money for happy journey and then go through such an experience. I’m sure that there would be many people who share my plight. I keep a zero balance on my card. I noticed that Capitol One has been placing a finance charge on my statement. I have been making the mistake in overlooking the entire bill. After I called Capitol One to inquire about this charge, I was told the account must be zero balanced for two months or a finance charge will be placed on the bill no matter what balance is on and no matter when the balance is due. This company provides vending machine service at the company I work for. On 04/02/2008 I used 1 of their bill change machines (#4292) to change a $5 bill. I only reveived $2.50 in quarters in change.
