I paid care credit on time every month, so I was pretty surprised when I found out that late payment charges of 29 dollars was being applied to my bill each month. I called Care Credit and they explained to me that any payments made the during the first 5 days of a month are counted as payment for the last month. Because I made each payment at the first of the month, I was penalized! I do not feel I was adequately informed of this rule. By implementing this policy, Care Credit managed to gain 87 extra dollars from me. I can only imagine how much money they are making off the rest of their customers with this sneaky little rule. read full review »

Earlier this week I called in for a plumber to check my leak that was going on in my house. When he arrived he was very polite and seemed well experienced. 124 up valsad fast passenger train as we all know is the lifeline for the people staying beyond virar as we dont have the local available yet. Along with the passengers, a lot of workers and students also travel in this train. Kalpana Gas agency - Vijaynagar - 2nd stage - Bangalore. This agency serves Indane gas agency. They provide very poor service. They have multiple phone lines. But everytime it comes busy. We are unable book cylinder in time. This is creating lot of problem for us.

TECHNICIAN ATTENDANCE (EXPECTED DATE): WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS MADE TO DIFFERENT: UNBELIEVABLE BRANCHES INCLUDING CUSTOMER CARE.

They sent someone over without telling me that they would charge three times their normal rate. It was an unimportant ten-minute job and they charged me $250! I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. It happens quiet often now because of which I have faced difficulties. They said my temporary visitor visa which allowed me to stay up until 10/20/2007 also meant that I could not leave without the permission of the Bureau of Immigration. While taking connection, TATA people gave a refurbished set (in place of a new white 350T as demanded by me) with a request that as there was shortage of sets presently, the same would be replaced by a new set very soon. And there was difference on Mobiles sold by them & Futurebazaar.com. Future bazaar is selling mobiles much cheaper than Indiaplaza.in. For this they were suppose to give me double value of difference amount as a gift voucher.

Never, never order on a generic floral delivery website like 1-800-flowers or e-flowers etc... If you want to order flowers online, look at their "about us" section and find a local address and phone number and make SURE they have an actual flower shop with real designers working. They will be honest about their charges (you pay for the flowers and delivery only) and you will know exactly what you are getting. 1-800 Flowers skims money off the total not to mention charges you a 12.99 service charge just for the privilege of ordering from them. On the 30.03.07 i had registered a package by special delivery to the home office, from the holloway road post office i was guaranteed a next day delivery by 9 am and on the 19th of april i tracked it only to find out that my package has not been delivered.

I got it repaired from samsung company's service center in Vile Parle, near Nanavati Hospital. Also paid rs 4000/- for it. I had a experience last week with Great Expectations. I sat through their presentation. Then they used high pressure tactics to try to get me to sign up. I was shocked when they discussed the prices for a one year membership to their dating service. The starting price was nearly five thousand dollars for a one year membership, and the prices went up to nearly $8,000. I have been a regular shopper at the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it opened its doors to the public. A year ago, I became handicapped. I cannot use a regular shopping cart, therefore I rely on a motorized cart. There are two of them in the whole store and do not run properly. Customer care is really hopeless. I got DishTV recently subscribed to MAXI package. After 20 days it blocked my MAXI channels even though I had paid for renewal in advance for 2 months. At Customer care number, none picks up. Visiting their local office provided no help to rectify the problem. The care should really be called Customer We Do not Care. I think it is a scam to sign people in and charge for the set top box and once customer is trapped, do not provide any service.
