Premier life called in the summer about insurance. I asked to BE SENT THE INFORMATION, instead they billed me for insurance. They had my Sears account number, I did not give it to them. I received a letter (finally) in Sept after my calls about not taking the insurance. However, since then I keep getting billed, I have talked to 5 peoples and nothing is happening. My letter from them, states the policy was cancelled and no money was owing. I would never recomment this company to any one, and my Sears card since 1968 is now cut up. I hired a lawyer to get this clowns to replace my furnise and air, like they promise in there web ad. But they draged it out from July 08 to April 09. And still didn't pay for replacement. Because of the fine print in the contract! Just as others have noted the money is paid the check is cashed and nothing arrives, I called twice and was told it was in progress, now the Customer Service number is 'unavailable', their web listing has disappeared, and they have the money for good never delivered. The claim is for £355 but that's not even close to what this bunch have cost. My son in law was aiming to get an HGV by the end of January but the delays caused by this bunch of do nothings has cost more than £300 in phone calls via a mobile phone to a charging number. I worked for JDBlackwell for a brief time, during this time I did 20 hrs of work in 2 days. I was supposed to be paid commission at $20-$45 a sale depending on the type of sale. I made one sale, which was supposed to be $45. I was never paid. I did sign a contract saying that I was not an employee of JDBlackwell but was an at will contractor. I have terminated my post-paid mobile phone line with Starhub since last year. And following that, I have requested multiple times for Starhub to transfer the outstanding credit amount for that post-paid mobile phone line against the cable TV. However, after 6 months nothing was done. Have requested multiple times for the customer service to call me back and yet nothing was followed-up as well. Very disappointed in their service. Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response. They Collect service fee as quickly as possible, but if any thing goes wrong they are always trying to up sell, even to send a person out if the service is not working properly they want a service fee. You would think, that, with a service fee every month they would like to see that the service is working well? No, More interested in collecting rather than service. Babylon Bike Shop on Main Street Babylon NY scammed me. I authorized them to repair my gears and replace rear brakes on my men's bicycle. When I brought the bike into the shop, they suggested that I also replace the tires. Each person I talked to did not listen to anything I had to say. They simply spoke as if they knew my building without ever coming to it. They cancelled my appointment without informing me of the change, and then tried to charge me an extra $150 for a ladder rental that wasn't necessary. At first glance "Sweet edible fruit arrangements" might seem like the better buy over there counterpart "Edible Arrangements" who they got idea from. But as soon as you get to the checkout they make up for their low prices by charging a $20.00 delivery charge. That is rediculous, compaired to "Edible Arrangement" $12 fee. I am a builder in Ocala Florida. I hired Alby to install a garage door and fix another. The door they fixed broke after 2 days. I called Albys and spoke with one of the partners and Alby himself refuses to call back after 7 weeks of me calling. I purchased several 3x5 Bow Net soccer goals. They are a great idea but built in China. Guess what, the design is flawed. If a soccer ball hits the front bottom corner, the metal will eventually break (4 or 5 times), making the goal worthless. Trying to get a replacement or repair is IMPOSSIBLE. Approximately $90 per goal, we purchased more than eight from Bow Net. After a couple uses, you have a net, poles and garbage metal. Bow Net did not follow through with their warranty.
