You will need to pay for additional screenshot once you use the minimal amount assigned with your purchase. When you call tech support 5 days after purchasing the product (because you've tried to troubleshoot yourself) they will tell you refunds are only available for 3 days after purchase. They only warranty their product for 1 year. For that kind of money they should honor it for 5 years!. I ordered a DVD set from them and since it was a gift, it was a little time before I gave the gift to my kids. It turns out the entire set is in Chinese and I ordered an English version. I was are unable to change the settings on the menu. I contacted customer service and so far they are not helping me what so ever...not even an apology. Then they conviently forget to pick up an expensive mountain bike, only to return later to pick it up and do not list it on their inventory list and SURPRISE! It's lost in the move. The first problem with the furnace (first part of 2011) was the furnace sporadically not shutting off. Hal's Radiator Service in Glendale, AZ is absolutely the worst place to take a car. I took mine there to get a new radiator and a few weeks later it overheated and blew my engine. I took it back to Hals and showed him all of the gunk in the radiator (probably stop leak) and he said he didn't do it. He said I must have put it in there. If I just had it replaced & it leaked, I would take it back to him...not put stop leak in it. Cost me an engine & he Hals wouldn't do a thing. The Sabo power head seems solid and really well built but everything else in the package that Thinkvacuums has COBBLED TOGETHER is inferior. The hose is lightweight and covers are held on with zip ties. Liveleadpros took an order from my debt company for $4, 000 worth of leads. At first the leads came sporadically, did not meet agreed specifications and eventually stopped coming at all.
