I went into the store, and asked for sidewalk sealer. I was extremely descriptive in what I wanted. I get home, apply what I THOUGHT was the correct item. $350.00 later after having to rent a water pressure washer to remove the PAINT/SEALER all over my walkway to my front door. And second, I went in looking for a job from an ad, for customer service, and they said they only hire women to work the register. These people have no idea what they are doing in this store. I am writting to inform you of the problems with the streets that run through the Time Square area near the Tace Bell and all throughout the area there in. I was driving in the area in front of A Wet Pet, and at only 10 mph, hit a pot hole so large, that it dented mt rim! It is also awful right outside the Taco Bell and Dairy Queen restaurants! Made an appointment to get my recalled Maytag washer (dont recommend this brand AT ALL) with Maytags nominated service representative GGSL in Norwalk. They did not even call or show up. I called them and Maytag called them to figure out if they were coming or not. Mind you I had to take time off of my work to be there in the 4 hour window so when we were stood up, we were upset. They still are not returning or taking calls. In this economic climate, who is able to 1. This is the second year I have used this pool. It has been nothing but a big pain. The filter is too small for the pool size and has to be cleaned every day. This is not an easy task and is not user friendly. The plunger valve assembly which turns off the water from the pool to the pump broke and the company is out of stock for the part. This makes it even more difficult to clean the filter and screen in the pump. And the parts department was not very helpful when I called to find out when the part would be available and what I was supposed to do in the meantime. read full review »

Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right. When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue. Since then frequent attempts to contact the owner have met with no response. Offerwire ripped me off! I ordered a D-Link wireless router and modem from Comcast THROUGH Offerwire. First, the wirless router is a piece of JUNK! My laptop was buffering every video and my download speeds were horrible. After a couple of days trouble shooting with Comcast, I ended up giving it away and buying a Linksys Wireless-G (amazing). Dvd The Initiation of Sarah i ordered was of very poor quality. No sound and distorted picture. I was unable to view it. The packaging was also of very poor quality.
