I felt like I was totally ripped off. The "estimate your price" section is very misleading. The truck looks much larger than it actually is. I arranged it over the phone and could not leave work so my 23 year old daughter was there when they arrived. One of the items "junked" was a $3, 000 paint sprayer that was not supposed to be junked. Yesterday on 1 February, I recharged my mobile for Rs 50 and got the balance of Rs 43 but unfortunately today my balance has been deducted by Rs 30 by the company. When I notified this companies telemarketing arm METRO LYNX that their continued calls were costing my company money they told me they had no way to remove me from their call list. The initial rep claimed to have found us in the yellow pages and offered to stop calling but informed me that thirty others would not. They damaged the majority of my furniture during a move from New Orleans to Virginia. I had to replace almost everything they damaged. The damage was beyond repairable. They denied doing any of the damage even after the driver writing of the invoice that he damaged it. The stated it was damaged while in my possession. The product (sea salt) in the 17 oz. pkge., purchased 1/21/11 at Peachtree Battle Publix supermarket, Atlanta, GA is not the relevant issue in this report. Rather, it is the plastic top of the container. The product model is Morton's Coarse Sea Salt, packed in the 17.6 oz. tube, apparently made of plastic or plasticized paper, black on top and blue on the bottom. Number stamped on bottom is LA 101100319. The 'flaps' should be softer, so as to facilitate easy piercing. Instead, they are as brittle as the entire top of the container. This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. I was recently involved in a 'closing' of a film handled by Jeff Steele. He is highly unprofessional. Closing a film is not at all what he knows how to do. I'm left with a drama on my film. And I'm not the only one. I paid him a lot of money to close the movie. When I asked for a fee reduction due to non-performance he refused. My garage roof leaked in a bad rain and wind storm. I requested names from Service Magic for roofers and also inside ceiling painting. Claudio appeared at my door and I told him my roof leaked. He said that he could fix it. He put a tarp over my garage area and part of the house. It blew off. A few days later he replaced tarp and then later took it off. He charged me $1800 for three times on my roof. Then I found out that he is not a roofer but a painter. What a liar! He also charged $400 to knock down the ceiling in a small 5' by 5' pantry. Terrible internet provider with horrible policies and even worse service. I had Digis as an internet provider for almost 5 years. At first, service was good and speeds were ok. Problem is, they throttle your internet speed based on usage. Basically, if you use the service they slow your speed to an incredibly slow speed. Michigan City AF is a nice place but the the staff is very rude! The trainers are very arrogant! Especially the managers wife! They constantly check themselves out in the mirrors. Seems like a very immature staff and not safe at all. Dangerous place to go at night. I have heard this complaint from others who will not renew.. I will look for another gym, with a staff who is not all about body building... Who watches the cameras? My cell phone does not get coverage and they kept telling me it would be better within a "few weeks". This led to a year of charges and still no strong cell coverage here in Virginia.
