I had some money on my Go Call card and use it for all my toll calls on a weekly bases, when it expired. This is a rechargeable card. Why the hell should it expire! We called Around the Clock Locksmith because myself and my room mate locked ourselves out by accident. He showed up, asked for my license, and than gave us an initial estimate of $395 for a "house unlocking" fee. He tried to pick the lock for 20 minutes and couldn't get in because the lock was so rusted out so he had to replace the knob/lock. Do not buy anything from this store. I bought a sweater for my daughter on a Thursday. She wore it for the first time to church on Sunday. While sitting in church, the sleeve starts to unravel. I just signed up for I-Wireless, I Wireless, Sprint this week and the Customer Service sucks. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and about 15 calls latier it is no better. If you can afford a REAL Cell phone company DO IT. If I could have reached through the phone I would liked to have beat the Service Reps (figure of Speech) at the other end this is the worst customer service that I have seen in years and I am a customer service manager for a living. On October 11, 2010 I brought in my 18 month old Hoover Duros Canister vacuum cleaner in to Marvin's Vacuum where I'd purchased it 18 months prior. The on/off switch failed and needed replacing. Nuts were loose that were suppose to be checked according to the warranty book. They blamed Bog Boy Centurion cause they serviced my bike. Not their fault as I stood there watching them change the oil, had nothing to do with the faring screws that were loose or back sprocket that broke. As not one of the 4 nuts were torqued. Once finding an address for them, it took over a week to answer my email, using a storm in the area as an excuse. I switched to telus optik tv and internet from shaw cable. Telus told me it would be fiber optic line all the way to the house. As it states on there web page there new fiber optik network. It is not fiber optik all the way to the house. They are doing false advertising and there tech support sucks cause now I have a slower internet than before. I was shopping in Fred Meyer in Richland WA a week ago and cannot believe the man employee named Kailer or something just used too many bad words and talking with his friends in the working time.
