I am still being charged for all services while my phone is shut off. They turned off my phone, I can get phone calls, but cannot call out, also no caller ID or voicemail during this time. I have bundled service that includes long distance voicemail, and caller ID. I asked about why they still charge for full service and was told that Iam still accruing these charges. Absolutely horrible customer service. CR reps had no clue about store policies. Was directed to this store from another store halfway across the city. When I arrived, I was informed that they couldn't sell me the product I was interested in (from the electronics department) after 8pm because their photo specialist had gone home. When moving to Miami we rented a house in Palmetto Bay, nice area, good schools etc. On the first sight the landlords seemed nice, no wonder as we paid 6 months rent in advance. Instead of receiving your canvas on professionally stretched frame, you're sent 4 cheap pieces of wood you put together yourself; their website doesn't tell you that you build it yourself, of course. We had this door for a couple of months and a gust of wind caught the door and snapped the closure. Lucky the door was undamaged. My 15 year old Larson had a safety chain and never had a problem.
